“There are been some good things and there has been some terrible things. I still not have received my refund refund.
It has been over 60 days and they keep saying that it went to my Cash app…. No confirmation from Cash App for the refund. I sent all of the merchandise back and it was in great shape because I looked at it and sent it back. In package. I’m not even sure if this will make the review.”
“The quality of merchandise isn't what I expected and the clothing as far as the shirts and other things the stretch material even when you order a size bigger is still too small and ordering camera's etc the quality isn't up to standard and the price is lower and then when you purchase merchandise the prices go up not a big fan !!!”
“I've 'shopped with Temu for about a year now. The items are very good quality. my problem ls of the several i buy when i order, only about half my order comes. I've called the company and their only responce is tuff. my last order was 5 or 6 items that came to over $110 and I did get the coat $35. I have no idea where the other items went. this has happend the last 3 orders and customer service is useless”
“Temu gives you a range of dates for deliverys to you. Other companys give you a delivery date. They also offer a reward if not delivered by its due date. The
reward is to offer a Temu reward.
Suggest temu give a specific date for customer delivery.”
“Review for Temu
Temu offers a decent range of items with fairly good pricing. When I first started using the platform, the prices were quite low, which was appealing. Over time, I’ve noticed an increase in prices, but that’s understandable. The initial requirement of a 100 AED minimum for checkout was also reasonable.
However, my main issue lies with their new “free gifts” scheme. To claim these so-called free items, users are required to play games like Fishland or Farmland. While it may seem engaging at first, the process quickly becomes frustrating. The games are designed to make you earn quick rewards initially, but as you near completion, the rewards significantly drop, making it harder to win the free gifts.
What’s worse is the time-consuming nature of these games. They encourage you to share the app, invite friends, browse certain pages, and spend a lot of time on the platform—all for a “free” gift. Honestly, it feels more like a ploy to increase engagement rather than a genuine reward for customers.
As someone who frequently checks out with carts exceeding 100 AED, I find this entire process unnecessary. If Temu wants to offer free gifts, they should make the process straightforward and hassle-free. If not, it’s better not to offer them at all. In today’s busy world, nobody has time to play games for hours just to claim a freebie.
I’d much prefer if Temu focused on offering cashback or discounts, as these can be easily used for future purchases without wasting time or effort.”
“The items take way toooo long to be delivered. I have ordered many items I like. But never order anything you need for a specific time you will be disappointed. 😔”
“I have ordered many things in the past and most were ok, but the tied christmas gift bags I ordered turned up much much smaller, plus tiny xmas gift bags with merry christmas on weren't something I would have ordered they are not as big as an envelope !!!!! and ordered a number of fluffy hooded jacket's for different friends and family to keep them warm were not a good size so I am quite angry”
“The items are alright if you lower your expectations. The discounts are a hoax, as well as getting free items. They just want you to recruit friends to get the app and buy items as well, but you never get the chosen items.”
“After two hours of wearing my rings, I noticed that the skin near the rings had dried out and turned green. When I saw the inside of the ring, instead of "Live, laugh, love" is said "help, I am 4". All I wanted was a nice ring, and now I lost three of my fingers. Also, I think I got a tick and now I can't stop saying "My precious." Luckily, I still have my middle finger to flip people off. Instead of a refund, I would like whatever child laborer made the ring to come here so I can make sure they inscribe the right words.”
“Slow delivery, suck you in with games you can't win unless you buy. The items have been good, if you can get them delivered. I selected a few free items but have never received them.”
“I ordered 5 items that came to a total of $57.67. The breakdown showed that the items were originally $462.00 and I got a discount which brought them down to $93.93. I also had credit of $36.26. Which then brings my total to what it is anyway. My credit has been applied to an amount that is almost double what the items cost. How is this even legal in Australia. This is literally a scam. And it’s cheap sh*t from China. I’m sorry but I’m boycotting your company.”
“I'm a good customer but over the encouragement games. They actually are discouraging me. Many times ive chosen items only to give up and exit wasting my time!
Or been rushed to order as Temu said pay eg my $35 order and I get $50 free prize. I paid for my order and they then said place another order and I will get my $50 and a prize etcetera. They say all items are discounted and thats where you actually win the money, not to get any free items or prize.
Beware. Its tricky! ABSOLUTELY NOT IMPRESSED!”
“l did not receive the merchandise l won as free gifts from your website. some of them were supposed to be delivered by 6 to 7 November, but l never received them. One of the items is white air friyer”
“because you are sending items that was ordered before and after a while you sent it again and charge my credit card again. we have to go to so much trouble in returning it. i'm 81 years old and i don't have the strength to carry the item to the post office. you called yourself a reliable company and now it shows that you are not. you try to scam people now. shame on you.”
“I received my order and all fits well and exactly on the Platform.
When I ordered you offered me 3 items for free and not one of 3 were delivered. Why do you waste my time to make me select something you are not going to deliver. What is your intention? You ask me to have 3 free items and you didn't send them.”
