“Disappointed with Temu's Service
I recently ordered a blue band watch from Temu, but to my surprise, I received a white one instead. I immediately reached out to their customer service, hoping for a quick solution, but unfortunately, they were not helpful in resolving the issue. Now, the price of the watch has gone up with the 10 time higher.
When I order the watch it’s 8 Aed and now it’s 80Aed as it shown in the attached pictures.
As a customer, I expect to receive what I paid for and to have responsive service when something goes wrong. Sadly, my experience with Temu was disappointing. I hope they improve their service for future customers!”

ANY HITTING A VEHICLE IN INDIANA SHOULD HAVE THERE LICENSE 🤔 REMOVED .BBUT THIS GIRL THINKS SHE GOT AWAY WITH THE CRIME AND I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE ACCIDENTS BUT IF U R INSURED Y WOULD U HAVE TO LEAVING THE SEAN OF CRIME . WELL I WOULD NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER FROM TEMU THEY R CROOKED LIERS AND THE JUNK THEY R SELL I HAVE A 55 GALLON GARBAGE CAN OUT BACK LOADED

WELL ANYWAY ITEM WAS DISCONTINUED BUT THEY STILL SENT THIS PRODUCT TO ME RELIZING IT WILL HURT DOGS 🐕 INSTEAD THEY STILL SENT IT B CAUSE THEY R NOTHING BUT GREEDY MONEY $$$$ HUNGRY...THIS PLACE NEEDS 2 B SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY THEY HAVE FALSE ADVERTISING THE JUNK THEY SHOW U IS FALSELY SHOWN .WELL ANYWAY 2 THIS DAY I'M WAITING FOR THEM 2 ADMIT THEY DESTROYED CAR IN DRIVEWAY SINCE 08 21 2024 .NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ABOUT COVERING WHAT THEY DID...EXCEPT THEY R TRYING TO INGNOR THE SITUATION. “TEMU is alright, you just have to take your chance on some items. Some things are very cheaply made and not worth the selling price. Also, the games you have to play before getting to what you want are ridiculous. A whole lot of time is wasted on the stupid stuff they try to get you to buy by spinning a dumb wheel. “I've been playing Farmland and purchase items to gain more points. Even when you play the games correctly the games are all rigged to make you lose. Please view the picture of one of the games. “I've purchased quite a few items from Temu and had very few issues, only 2 from memory and they credited my account for before I'd stopped live chat. I would recommend Temu (and I do) to anyone.
Unlike Ebay where dodgy sellers just contact Ebay and request for negative reviews to be removed, is it any wonder you see sellers with 50,000+ sells and 100% feedback, what a joke !!”
“This is the worst online shopping site.Very dishonest about the pricing.There is no notification before placing an order that there will be additional fees to get the products sent to you.They always giving coupons but it's just a scam cause you end up having to pay for everything anyway.There is nothing that you get free on temu but they advertise that it will be free or you ll get a discount but you never do.You get charged extra after already paying for your order which is so unfair.Its not like other sites eg takealot where they show you how much shipping will be before placing an order.Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with temu.”
“Very disappointed with Temu , having ordered and paid for a product the Company unable to verify the purchase, I had paid with my Visa card and have proof of purchase.
Their system was not user friendly and difficult to navigate, i have now written off the payment. Would not recommend.”

To tell you the truth, I dont expect to be refunded, and I'm wasting no more time in trying for a refund or sending the purchases back. You represent yourselves well. You should, however, give the photographer maximum credit as a valuable assistant to the sale. I totally bought into the products, thinking they were much more substantial than they were.
What actually arrived was nothing more than trinkets you may find in a Xmas cracker. cheap and nasty. To list the products as a tool suggests an ability to use them as such. Not the case at all. Misleading in every way outside of the fact, they were the exact miniatures of what you see in the pictures. The sort of things one finds attached to a key ring in a chap store.
You could, and probably, should try to get a customer to come back for a second buy
in my case,.... disappointment, so not going to be the case.”
“This is a company that actually Charge more than stores with nicer Items. Yeah you can get the cheap junk like at the dollar tree. But if you watch u tube videos you will figure out how many of those items are Junk. More junk then nice. As far as their games they are out of their minds. Good luck this site is a waste of time.
