I find Temu so confusion .Been trying to get things shipped to my address and got a message that it has been sent back, would sure like to talk to someone in customer service. All those free and wheels spinning constantly is very frustrating.
How do l stop all the emails and offers on spinning wheels etc. It is so annoying and disruptive to try and buy something on the Temu site with all the offers that don't seem to explain how to claim the bonuses of $350 or half price or 90%off.....it all is crape. It actually causes people to remove the Temu app.
I want to purchase a portable printer it comes with paper roll and works without ink, so how many prints does I get from it ???? I want number of pages it can print and after that is it a disposable thing or you can do something to recharge for further printing.

About the free gifts: Temu asked me to choose 8 free gifts, of which I did. Then I was instructed to share the link with friends to secure the gifts. So far, I shared & 7 gifts were secure d, I was told to continue to share until I get all ( 8) of them, I shared but looks like the 8th one doesn't come through. Question why didn't Temu give me the 7 gifts and leave the 8th one because it looks like it will never come through.
I canceled my order but my credit card was charged anyway. I also choice to play with Klarna 4 payments the whole amount was charged on my Merrick credit card.
I don't understand how the "local warehouse" works. I enter my order and then get a response that I need to add products to meet a minimum. So I add products, and continue to get the same message. In the meantime, portions of the first and revised order are processed and I'm paying S&H on items that will be shipped separately. Feels very bait & switch.

Why do you send notifications that we won free gifts, when in fact you have to purchase to win (after we've spent $100 or more). Than the games are also a joke. When you get close to winning Temu makes it hard and draws the games out by decreasing the points. This is very discouraging and makes you want to delete and stop ordering anything further. Stop cheating us!!!!
Make bigger clothes for big men. I lift weights and muscular in arms and upper body. Love your clothes and selections. Please consider adding 3 4 XL . Especially to your tops for men. I am a regular customer.

Why are you using OnTrac for delivery, this is obviously a horrible delivery service. Your company is going to loose money and customers because they are not receiving their orders.

I think TAMU somehow is not keeping our banking details confidential. Now, in November 2024, I got hacked by a fraudster and money was taken from my banking account. Is TAMU involved because they and their courier company were linked as payment on line.

I get my stuff on time and have no problem with a return on a microwave! But I was just told yesterday in my complex that the Chinese are taking over the markets and stealing our information! Is there truth in that? I don't want anyone stealing my stuff and information! I like the white 9 drawer piece of furniture and is acceptable to me plus a few other things.

How do I cancel my relationship with Temu for good-as I explained one time previously, all of the clothes run bigger than size I normally wear, so have a large number or items I will be donating; didn’t know how to return! When I ordered my ice maker, it said I got Three free gifts. When I got the bento snack boxes it said I got a four piece! I only got one with a lid. Also on the Four piece large capacity premium PP plastic compartment I only got one with a lid. To me that’s false advertising. This was my first time ever ordering from Temu and the free gifts seem like a letdown when I only got one piece with the lid when I was told to get a four piece. So why did I only receive one each and a lid on two gifts?
