I have shopped with Temu a lot. They have excellent customer service, a few times orders have come late and they gave me a five dollar credit for my trouble. They give refunds with no hassle, sometimes they refund your money and tell you to keep the product. I love Temu!

If you're looking for stellar service go to Macy's, but if you're looking for medium quality at a great price try Temu. I never buy things over $20 or $30 bucks so if it's bad I'm not out much. But so far I've been pleasantly surprised. I have about 10 pair of their men's sneakers. If I get a bad item I'll simply donate it. At this price point I don't expect individualized customer service.
