After reviewing the placed order,I wanted to change the color on one item. But because it was on a promotion, I couldn't make the change unless I canceled the entire order and start the process over. “I've ordered about $2k worth of stuff from temu over the past year. In the orders that were late I got $5 credit, it was 3 orders out of about 35. I ordered a heated jacket that said it came with a battery and it didn't and they gave me my money back and let me keep the jacket. A few other items had been missing but they always gave me credit for them. I have had no problems from temu in the past year that I've been shopping with them. If I have to complain about anything it would be the wait. But it's coming from China so 11 days isn't that bad.”
“I have been using Temu for about 2 years with little problems, whenever I get a product that didn't meet expectations, I received a credit without having to return the item.
I have ordered from the local warehouse twice, the 1st came 9 days late, I'm in Florida, it started in NJ, then went somewhere, then to Opa Loca, about 30 miles from me, then a few other places before arriving at my house. I was given a partial credit but it was frustrating.
I ordered another product from the local warehouse in Chicago, took 5 days to leave that warehouse, then to multiple locations, then to Opa Locka, now to Indiana.
No more local warehouse purchases. Besides charging $2.99 for delivery, takes longer than coming from China.”

“I’ve found the products good value, especially the wooden toys, hair accessories, cushions, etc. The standard delivery is always prompt. I’m not a fan of the discount wheel that feels like gambling and I don’t like making decisions in a rush. However I’m writing this review because post office in Australia only gave me 1 of 2 packages of one of my orders & returned other one to Temu. Even though this isn’t the company’s fault, they still offered me a voucher & refunded the money into my account without me even asking. This is businesses authenticity. Temu is our go-to for absolutely everything that’s become so overpriced here! Thank you Temu.”

Tried to call the shopping company and told a 3 hour wait!! Tried to use their app chat The bot said they would connect me. Half hour later, still waiting”
“I really had no problem with their electronic products (audio jacks, audio cables, etc.). Once I ordered baseballs shorts engraved with my last name. Took some time to arrive but product was as advertised. They have an office on Massachusetts if that helps and customer service can be reached there just outside of Boston. I’ll keep ordering”
“My daughter ordered baby clothes that were very nice & well made. I ordered a bedspread also well made. Shower curtain & matching rugs, again nice & well made. I order alot of cheap rings of course they're going to turn but what do you expect for $1.99 lol just order a couple more. Earrings all good. Led lights/trees all good. I even risked ordering blue jeans, they were good. Out of everything I've ordered the majority has been good. Shipping is going to up your final price. They keep you posted by email on delivery. I have even bought flats in different colors to match my outfits.I also have bought fragrance that is nice and lasts,I know to expect long shipping times and if I need something faster I go to Amazon. “I made dozens of Temu purchases as their service is excellent and most products good for the price. Unfortunately the taxes and import duties is now in some cases 40% of the purchase price, and one have no option but to pay it as the orders has already been paid in full.”
“I need to do a lot of research before I purchase from Temu, because a lot of the items are junk. If I'm buying a sweatshirt or jeans then I'm usually okay. My biggest complaint about Temu is the coupon bundles. In order to get coupons and redeem them you have to buy a lot more which I find really annoying. I am a frequent customer of Temu so once in a while offer me substantial savings on my order instead of the useless stupid coupon bundles.”

“I have been happy with Temu products and services. I have requested refund 2 times and refund was immediate with my bank applying very next day. (I had entered wrong size twice before items shipped by my own error.)
Overall, I am pleased. I don’t mind waiting 10-12 days to receive. One time was late by 2 days and I was given $5 credit on very next order. People may think negatively buying from Temu be it ‘from China’ or think product inferior, but I can and will say this; if you shop many discount US stores (Walmart etc) you are buying same products but through a middleman. May be different color, but item is same. Oh, and those tv product ads? I saw an item that was $29.95 that I thought my husband would like. Decided to ck Temu first. Identical product…drumroll please…$6.89.
