“In the Market Deeping store on Christmas Eve during my lunch hour I needed a product which wasn't on the shelves, the assistant who was very busy went and found the product that I needed and brought it to me. Again today in the Bourne store a product that I wanted wasn't on the shelves and an assistant went and found it for me. Exceptional service.”

“hi i shop at tesco on great horton road bradford bd7 every day, tracy that works at cigarette counter always has a smile on her face and has always been very polite and very helpfull at all times .regardless of all the complains i've made about some of the staff at this store.she never judges me on what i have bought or how many times i have visited the store on that day. its a shame that all the staff at this store don't mind there own business and let customers pick up what ever they want , whether that is reduce price goods or full price.or even if they are just walking around waiting for the reduce items to come out. . Not only that while they are getting paid to be working they are running first to pick up there reductduction and left over stock comes out on shop floor when your regular customers have left the store, i could have easily had a hidden camerah on me and captuered the dirty games that they have been playing with me and to some of the other customers aswell and goen to the watch dog programme. i have spoken to the store manager and he has assured me that this will not happen again. i have been a customer of this store for the past ten years now. i never shop anywhere else even if it is cheaper else.where.”

“Ste at Tesco Mather Ave Liverpool made an aging lady laugh by finding her dropped coin under the disabled wheelchair . He wouldn't give up and really went above and beyond!! People are quick to complain. Thought I'd redress balance a bit.”

“As a weekly shopper at your Ilminster store for the past few years, am so disappointed you no longer do the finest meal deal , and was assured by a member of staff some time ago that it would be on sale again soon ands its now some months later?????”

“My Sister convinced me to shopping in our local Tesco, a supermarket which I rarely use due to poor experiences I the past. However their have bee drastic changes now complete with a new café, up to bakers and technology department. Really everything can be purchased here from the kitchen to the bedroom!!! Will diffidently be using the supermarket I town rather then my village. Diffidently need a cuppa when doing such a large shop.”
