Wow had to put this on as annoyed dosent come close. We pay the yearly delivery fee. And since September have had 3 delivery's now cancelled on the day. What other service would you buy that doesn't provide the service you pay for. 1 delivery being cancelled I can accept, 2 in my eyes there is a problem 3 well their not sorting the issues out as a company. Due to my cancellation today I've ended up having to take a taxi to and from the store to buy the items. Would anyone call this a service worth buying. Just unacceptable.

I lose my savings and earnings when I follow some phony investment brokers on Instagram. They refused to let me withdraw, claiming I needed to pay fees that I didn't have. I recovered my money with the assistance of "'help@reaintell @ gmail.com,'" and I'm investing with Wiki Desks since they're safe, quick, and dependable.

I want to see this organisation gone from UK retailing. It used to be a good business but that ended many years ago. Customer service and decent stores are a thing of the past. What you get now is the worst shopping experience imaginable and at stupidity high prices for the goods and service that you receive. They only get away with this because of the monopoly they hold on shopping in my region.

Nasty cretin by the name of Merlene at the big store in sw16 needs a crash course in social skills, customer service, communication and humility. She clearly doesn't like Caucasian customers, or disabled customers. Overtly hostile, aggressive, racist and disability phobic, she's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Unacceptable and disgraceful conduct, refused to engage before I could even explain the issue. It would be a shame if she walked out the store and got knocked down by a Scania Vabis.

Calls ceased to be received, and emails continued to be dishonest and want additional funds to be deposited into the account I was given. I became irate and began looking for assistance in order to obtain my money. Nothing came up again until a lawyer sent me in the direction of TONELIMITED.COM, where my money was retrieved. Before trading, conduct due diligence.

I recently visited Tesco at The Cheetham Hill Shopping Centre during snowfall and forgot to bring my Tesco Clubcard. I requested assistance from a staff member named Sami Ullah to key in my Clubcard details using a picture, but he refused. Instead, he suggested I complete my shopping, return the next day with my physical Clubcard, and claim the discount then. When I mentioned that I’d prefer not to shop at Tesco under these circumstances, he simply responded, "That's fine if you don't shop here." This is incredibly poor customer service. I felt undervalued and disrespected. I have decided not to visit Tesco anymore. There are plenty of other options like Lidl, Asda, and Aldi, where they genuinely care about their customers and treat them with respect.

I had an interview booked at Tesco Croft Rd exp. In Nuneaton at 26 november. When I came for an interview there was no one there to do the interview with me . One of the co-workers said there was no store manager available today. I've been told to have a look on tesco carrer website for any updates regarding the date of next interview and email from store manager, but instead of that status of my application was change to unsuccesfull. Is that the way how Tesco recruiting people? I'm very disappointed with that situation.

Very disappointed in the Yorkshire tea bags. I thought I had a bargain £5.50 for the large box! But although the box was the same size as 240 tea bags they had only 510 tea bags not 240 tea bags as they were last time I bought them?

I realise that occasional bag checks are necessary for self scanners, but do the people carrying out these checks (particularly the lady I recently had the misfortune to encounter in your Cleethorpes store) have to be so “aggressive”? Articles I had carefully placed in my bags, were just pulled out and then thrown haphazardly back, resulting in my arriving home with broken biscuits and bruised fruit. Why can’t checks be carried out with care?

Appalling store at Pinner Green! Absolutely belligerent staff (the majority). As a Customer I pay for these braindead nincompoops to have a job. Filthy and badly stocked. The worst Tesco of all is Pinner Green in Harrow. Less than zero! 👎🏻👎🏻

I was treated badly by one of the workers in Tesco superstore in Quedgery Gloucester inside the shop. Her name is Collette. Collette is a very rude woman who is being backed by her manager. I wanted to buy single milk I took one she shouted on top of he lungs to stop me from buying. She told me to buy all six pack. I said no I always buy one then told me she won't let me buy it. I insisted and bought it. To me it was humiliating made me look like nobody. She is not a good person she doesn't deserve to be in Tesco.

8.20pm and shutters down again. Despite no notice previously, false advertising, B.S as usual. If closing early, let customers know of this. 😕😕😕😕😣😣😣😣4th time happening, I'll shop elsewhere.

Ordered online delivery for convenience The bag of carrots with a sell by date of 4th May was rotten to the core. The root ends were mouldy. Contacted online, after talking to some robot which asked for my email address, name , home address 3 times, I was at last put to a human. I was told a refund for those carrots would be credited and a miserable £3 compensation voucher. To me, it’s pathetic to be charged delivery fee which means I still have to go to the shop and get a new bag of carrots. And because I was not expecting a bag of rotten carrots, it means my dinner had become more a nuisance than a romantic dinner. All I was compensated for this inconvenience was £3 to be used for their online delivery again. What a joke.

“Beware: Tesco is advertising gluten-free elephant attah, which is a serious health and safety issue and miss selling. As someone diagnosed with gluten intolerance, I was thrilled to see Tesco selling gluten-free products. However, after experiencing severe stomach pains, I contacted their head office, and they confirmed that they do not sell Elephant gluten-free attah, The ad is a mistake, and I’m horrified.” Te package also advertised gluten free.
