“Absolutely disgusting service from Tessuti, never will I be purchasing from this company again. I placed an order for trainers, my order arrived but only the box, no trainers! I took pictures and sent these to customer service as there was no phone number for me to speak to a human. A investigation was carried out however, the response I received was ‘your order has been delivered successfully, so we can’t do anything’ yes the box arrived but no trainers! They are not issuing me a refund and have caused me so much stress as the trainers I ordered were £200!! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!”

“Ordered before Christmas parcel was left on doorstep which I didn’t receive. I contacted Tessuti and they replied give us 30 days to respond. On the last day they responded saying the claim was rejected and that I need to contact my money provider Clearpay which I did. I was then asked by them to contact the delivery company which I did they admitted in email that it’s there fault. I went back to Clearpay with this information they then contacted Tessuti on my behalf and again Tessuti rejected the claim. I’ve just called Tessuti again and they have said that the investigation team have rejected it and they can’t because they and not allowed to tell me why. I asked to speak to an supervisor and was told no and get a solicitor and he can get the information. Who is in a position to pay for a solicitor.
What I have noticed as well reading others customers problems is they are very good with replying to these complaints about refunds they say sorry to hear and give us a call to discuss, which to everyone else seems like they are going to sort it out but in fact when you call they will say the investigation team has rejected it and there nothing we can do get a solicitor.”

Dozens off calls to Tessuti filled all the relevant forms in to be told basically get on with it we won’t resend your order or refund worst customer service ever not once did I receive a call or email from Tessuti I will never have goods sent by this company again I would advise people not to use this company if getting home delivery as they are awful and if any issues you will not be getting your money back I Have been robbed basically !!!!!!!!”

I purchased a £60 purse from the Bluewater store but when I got home I realised it was not fit for purpose as it was clear it was not going to stay shut once it had items inside it, so I returned it within the 14 day time scale for a full refund or exchange as stated on the receipt only for it to be refused by a very ignorant store manager who said it had been used and had chewing gum on it. The item has categorically not been used, it still has all its protective elements attached and the said chewing gum is in fact manufacturers glue. Customer services are worse than useless. I have contacted them via email and telephone. I have now reported this company to trading standards, anger & frustration does not even start to cover how I feel. It looks like i will be stuck with an unusable item & a loss of £60.”
