“5 Stars!!! I didn't know where to begin the process for my child's court appointed DNA testing which had several variables which made it very difficult (different locations, secure address, separate payments, etc etc), and Scott was so patient and kind in assisting me to ensure a smooth process! I will be bringing my son tomorrow to have him tested and if the lab is even close to the professionalism and caring staff that Scott has been, I know my son will be in excellent hands!!! Please convey my warmest thanks to Scott for all of his help and for making this very emotional and difficult process feel like a minor task!!! Thank you!”

“The employees at this company are top notch. If you have any issues, I do suggest that you call them and talk to them directly. They are quick to respond to emails but, emails are extremely unpersonable. They are very professional and very business oriented. I was having issues conveying my situation through email, and I requested to talk to them on the phone about my horrid situation. I was told to call youthe next business day as it was almost closing time. I promptly received a phone call from Heather with a hour, she was very nice, friendly and extremely helpful. I spoke with both Heather and Ryan, they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Again call and speak with either Heather or Ryan, both are very good people and they are more than happy to find a solution to any issues you may have. I personally am dealing with paternity testing and ordered home kits that everything got messed up almost a year ago. Until now when I was able to get the testing done myself, this was no fault of Test Me DNA, they accommodated me far beyond my expectations. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced from any company. I would definitely recommend Test Me DNA to anyone in the future. Thank you Heather and Ryan!!!”

“I found Test Me DNA last year because I wanted to find out to the biological father was of my daughter. He passed away before we could find out so his mother came. The test came back as 99.98 % a match! Throughout the whole process test me DNA was so helpful and answered any questions we had.”

“For years my sister questioned if my dad was her dad. We are in our 70's and just found out how to find out. I called and asked questions as to who their labs were. I didn't want to invest my money on a fly by night organization. The woman I talked to was very nice and informative. When I heard that Labcorp was their testing company I decided to try it. The test came fast and so did the results. It was easy to use, and now she is releived to find out that she is actually a full sister. It was worth the price to us.”

“From the time my sister and I first ordered our test online to the time we received the results, the process was quick and effortless. When you receive your test be sure to look on the back for the instructions. It will walk you through the easy step-by-step process. The results are easy to read just like the instructions. Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner.”
