“A wonderful experience with Jack and Steve at The Audiobarn. Following on from a great purchase of a preowned SN2 I traded in my Naim Atom for an ND5 XS 2. A very fair trade in was given and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Just looking for another excuse to visit again!”

“I Bought a new Nait xs 3 and Rega Gloss black P3 Turntable, all was well with the Rega but the Nait had an issue with channel balance, Jack didn't hesitate to have it replaced, unfortunately the replacement had the same fault different channel this time, it was a Good job Jack and Steve opened it to check for me before going home. A third Nait was ordered whilst i was in store with the aid of a Naim representative who was visiting the store at that time. Jack said when the replacement Nait arrives which was only a few days later he would deliver to my home, this was a lot more than i was expecting to happen. Thanks to Naim for the quick turnaround hopefully i was just unlucky, but massive thanks to Jack and Steve at the the Audiobarn all done a few weeks before Christmas a very busy time for them. OF COURSE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.”

“Many thanks Jack and Steve at Audiobarn in helping me to select my new purchase of the Rega P8/Apheta 2 turntable. Also, at a later date I went back to Audiobarn for a pair of Focal Elear headphones. Very pleased with both purchases. Highly recommended - very professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all matters hi-fi. Thanks again.”

“I first discovered the Audiobarn by chance, and after having a conversation with Jack on the phone I knew that I had to make a trip down there.Well I was more than impressed with the service and knowledge I received from Jack.The rest is history as they say,I have been a customer now with the Audiobarn for a couple of years.I have finally found a great place for all my Hi-Fi needs, and Jack and Steve are always happy to discuss any Hi-Fi concerns or issues I may have.Couldn't rate the place highly enough. Keep up the great service guy's.”

“The Audiobarn team run a friendly, relaxed, informal and yet thoroughly professional operation. The product range is excellent and the service is first class. Product demonstrations and comparisons are well set up in advance, with differences between components easy to hear. Best of all, they are genuine music fans, so we all learn more about our passion for great music whenever we visit.”

“I went to the Audiobarn as it was a Rega dealer and I knew exactly which product I wanted. Even though I did not need any demonstrations it was clear that the set-up here would be great for that and Richard was very keen to show me around. I was impressed and I would definitely recommend.”

“Many thanks to Jack and team at the Audiobarn, regarding my recent ATC scm50 asl purchase. Jakes team went really to great lengths regarding helping me make the right choice with these speakers. I had several hours listening to both passive and active versions of the scm50's and yes l went for the actives! Delivery and installation were a flawless affair,particularly as this required carrying the heavy speakers up 2 flights of stairs. I am a very satisfied customer in every respect, and so top marks to Jack and the Audiobarn!! With thanks David”

“After a call to Jack at the Audiobarn about an item, I called a week later in order to make a purchase from the pre loved stock. I ended up discussing a a number of topics with Jack - His depth of knowledge and the quality of his advice was excellent. I emailed a couple of times afterwards for further advice which was both prompt and excellent 10/10”

“Initially spoke to Jack at the Audiobarn who was very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted to do in terms of my system. Ended-up making a purchase from them and took the opportunity of doing a trade-in as well. Overall, very good service from Audiobarn which went hand-in-hand with providing the items I wanted at a very good price. I will definitely consider using them again if I need anything else.”

“I first contacted The Audiobarn speaking to Jack about some Kudos 505 speakers I had seen on their website. Jack provided all the details I needed to know such that I made a trip to The Audiobarn, which is not local to me, to meet Jack and discuss speaker options. I took up a offer of a home trial and a deal was put forward by Jack which made it easy for me to complete the transaction following a impressive home trial. The speakers are absolutely fabulous.”
