“Purchased a planar 6 from the guys at Audiobarn. I am very happy with both the advice and purchase. I have to say that both the facilities and the service was exceptional. Ben is very knowledgeable about all the products they sell as was happy to look after us for a couple of hours demonstrating gear that he knew I could never afford but he was happy to do so, which meant a lot to my wife and I. This is definitely my go to place for the next upgrade.”

“Great experience !Jack set up his demo room as near to my own set up as possible and then left us alone for a whole day to sample various configurations - always on hand to swap things in and out ( and provide tea !) but never looking over our shoulders or pushing products. Highly recommend a visit.”

“Jack and the Audiobarn team recently delivered a fantastic customer experience for me - and after a circa 2 hour audition at their wonderful Audiobarn premises, I have upgraded my system with an Auralic Aries G2.2 streamer and T+A DAC200. Jack also did a fair trade in deal on my previous streamer and DAC. Whilst this is a significant upgrade investment, the uplift in sonic performance is nothing short of remarkable. The level of resolution, detail and separation is incredible - indeed, all music now sounds like a live performance. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the customer service from Jack and the Audiobarn Team. Many thanks, Steve Good”

“Jack and Ben at the Audiobarn are a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable and no sales pressure to buy. They have fantastic demo rooms for listening and are very patient in explaining and demonstrating their products. They allowed me to trial four pairs of headphones at home for an extended period of time at the end of which I decided to go for the Meze Elites.”

“Great service as usual. Home trial was no problem and everything delivered and set up and left with me for a weeks or so. When I placed the order I was kept up to date and then real care taken to get things just right. I'd highly recommend the Audiobarn.”

“After my Naim dealer retired I tried a couple of other places but didn't like their approach. Then I was lucky enough to find Audiobarn. Despite me being a long way from their highest-spending customer and taking an age to make a decision (many months) Ben and Jack remained efffortlessly patient, made sure they knew exactly what I wanted and that I was aware of all the options. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend. Bill”

“Jack and the lads are great to deal with. They always have time for you, demo's, home loans, nothing is too much trouble. I've found them a lot more welcoming than many other dealers in the area. It's always a pleasure heading to the barn and they'll always be my first port of call for my next upgrade.”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with Audio Barn many times over now and every time the one thing that stands out is the openness to advise and offer suggestions. It’s always best to book a slot in advance, but I never did and they still managed to chat to me and guide me to meet my needs offering me information and guidance, and the reward for me is that my setup is almost really where I want it to be, without that patience from all three of the AB crew I would not have got to this stage so fast. There is almost something very old fashioned about Audio Barn and I like it, and I have seen this mentioned a few times in some of the reviews.”

“I’d like to commend the Audiobarn for the stellar service they gave to me over the last couple of years in updating my hi fi system and the introduction to the world of Naim separates. This was accompanied with a new Rega P8 turntable. It was a pleasure to deal with team (Jack, Ben, Graham) and have clear advice relating to options and later demonstrations of the alternatives that might meet my aspirations. Final installation and aftersales was an absolute pleasure. I expect and hope to be a long-term customer.”

“Friendly and relaxed service and demonstrations in lovely environment and with no sales pressure. Pertinent and valuable advice offered when requested which helped with final decisions. Went the 'extra mile' in accommodating requirements which helped very much in coming to a final decision. Great job with installation clean and tidy with nothing too much trouble. “Great service from all the team. Had extended home demos of various top end streamers in my Naim based system. Ben recommended I try the shanyata Everest in my system rather than a front end upgrade. After an home demo I decided this was the way to go with an uplift in performance was beyond what I was expecting. Great communication and advise and overall an excellent experience dealing with all the team at Audiobarn.”
