“Decent service and quick postage - was a bit surprised I had to add the acid to battery after delivery - but this was easy enough, and charge the battery but this wasn't an issue (might have been if I didn't have a battery charger though!)”

“Placed an order that said the battery was in stock. Received a receipt the next say via email with a refund but no explanation. Assuming the battery was not in stock though! Would not recommend as seems they must not keep the stock they claim. Waiting on my refund”

“Ordered a car battery from this really easy-to-navigate website. As a motorcyclist (only) of many years I thought this would be a complicated decision - but the info provided made it easy, just dial in the make and year of the car. I paid a small amount for 'next day delivery' (madam is a GP and this was an important purchase). Smiling chappy arrived at about 8 p.m. - so well done you Battery Guys. dave in Kingston upon Thames”

“Reliable delivery came when they said at a good price. (Preston to London next day). Only minor problem - Though battery was charged it was at 12.5 volts and needed a little boost and came up to full ok. Transit plugs out but ports taped. Very happy with purchase. Will use them again when needing a battery.”

“Communications were almost nonexistent. Apart from the transaction notification from PayPal I received nothing from this vendor to confirm the order, which was a bit worrying. Also, I specifically paid extra for Saturday delivery to ensure I would be at home to receive the battery. However, it was delivered a day early when I was away for work. Luckily there was somebody in to accept the delivery, but I could have selected the free next day delivery instead.”

“027 Dynamic Blue Car Battery 55aH (Order #21644) I was happy with the price and the next-day delivery. Thanks. However, the dimensions of the battery on the website says: 242L x 175W x 190H But, the dimensions of the battery that was delivered was: 242L x 175W x 175H Because of the difference in height of the battery, the bracket holding the battery in place in the car no longer fits, which is disappointing.”

“I purchased the battery from AJ on May 11th, 2023. The shipping and the service were OK until I wanted to return, as it did not work with my project. I emailed and called, and nobody is calling me back to authorize me to return. He also mentioned the restocking fee, which I asked how much. Please note that the website states we can return any purchase if we are unhappy. I did not see any restocking fee mentioned. But I would be glad to comply. The owner did not call back. I sent emails 3 times and called 4 times. Now I am stuck with a battery I can't use for my project. It is not cheap either - 160. So if you buy anything from this store, don't expect to return. So do your homework. Sometimes I feel it is best to purchase from Amazon and not support local businesses, amazon returns are great, while local businesses don't always honor their company statement.”
