“I ordered the battery Friday afternoon 9th October 2020 on the net. Received it early afternoon on Monday 13th October. Don't think I could have got it any earlier or costing less delivered to my door. They usually come next day but over the weekend it is to be expected to take a little longer. Thank you The Battery Guys”

“Website was easier to use and find the battery I needed than their competitors (I like to shop around) The battery was good value, I found a few lower priced but they were of a lower spec. (I hate paying more than I have to for decent quality) Ordering process was a simple as it can be Communication was good with an email for each step of the order delivery process. Delivery was made when promised (only downside was the pachaging was starting to deteriorate, but is a very minor point, it arrived safe and intact after all :) Overall, I would use them again and would recomment them. Good job Battery guys!”

“Outstanding service ! Needed a battery for a 1995 Jaguar XJS stranded in my garage since lockdown. Was in stock at £63, ordered at 11am, delivered at 1pm the next day. They do exactly what they say they do !😁”

“These people are very misleading about their service - don’t be duped in to thinking you’ll get next day delivery!! Mine took 4 days, which was unacceptable as a carer who relies on car for very frail family member. Quite honestly, now wish had just bought the 1 off the aa van, at least would have been mobile again and saved a lot of stress. Very very poor and unhelpful when phoned to chase too.”
