“Fantastic service. Couldn’t believe that these guys could deliver a quality car battery to my door next day, for half of the price of my local Halfords! I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to replace their battery. Web site was easy to use and it was just a perfect all around purchase. I’m delighted!”

“I have no problem with the speed of service, or price/quality of product, but after entering my car ref/details on their website to see which battery fitted my car, and then selecting a battery from the list of batteries that are supposed to fit my car, upon receiving the battery, it is much too large to fit in the recess of my car where the battery goes, and although I have managed to find my own way of holding the battery down, with it not sitting properly in the recess it is by no means either level or as secure as it would be if it actually fit as it should do. Therefore as it is very important that the battery fits the car, it is hard to give a positive review when after entering my car details on their website to enable me to choose a suitable battery, I end up receiving a battery that doesn’t even vaguely fit. At least my car now starts, but I would be concerned in the event of an accident that it could come loose and cause all sorts of damage.”

“I ordered battery on Thursday and payed for guaranteed next working day delivery the battery arrived Monday what happened to Guaranteed next working day delivery ok I ordered after 3.30pm so thought it would come Saturday but apparently they don’t work Saturday and Sunday so thought they must deliver themselves no it was DHL do couriers not work Saturdays my battery was dispatched Friday. Sadly won’t be using The Battery Guys again.”

“It should have been made clear that when I ordered my battery late Sat evening and that when I paid extra for next working day that they day of delivery should then have come up so that 1, I knew when to expect it and 2, whether it was worthwhile to pay the extra? The battery arrived on Tuesday”
