I ordered around £30 worth of products in March. They were delivered promptly to a local post office. Among the products was a Mango 🥭 Body Soufflé, a gel cream intended for use as a body lotion for those they don’t like the cold, wet, slippery texture that creams often impart. This product smells delicious 😋 and absorbs quickly. You can also use it in the shower or bath as a richer, non foaming wash.

Tried the little tubes of hand cream in shop at Wakefield and put it back and he abruptly said now we can’t use that for our customers but still picked up the wrong one . Would be helpful if you have testers at the top only !!! And not mixed with ones for buying

I have posted 2 reviews on their site about the horrendous reaction I had to their Tea Tree Oil. This review was honest and genuine. However, both have been rejected for ‘not meeting their standards’ aka not leaving a positive review. They often get on their high horse and say how ethical and transparent they are however this isn’t the case. How is anyone meant to make an informed decision on a product if all the honest negative reviews aren’t published? This could have saved me a lot of heartbreak trying to fix the mess their product has made of my face as had I known I could have had a reaction with my skin type I’d have bought something else from the range or bought elsewhere. I feel they are completely conning customers, I wondered why there were so many good reviews - and now I know why!!

In the past,I have received great customer service from The Body Shop and have been very content with shopping there. However, lately when I have gone to the body shop, I have received absolutely DREADFUL customer service that has made me certain I absolutely will not shop at The Body Shop EVER again! One of the times I popped into the shop to ask a question about their products, to which I was answered very unhelpfully, disdainfully and with a sneer. Another time (I got a bunch of items from their summer sale), I was told I could only spend around 5 minutes in the shop in future and again feel like I can not ask questions about their products. This is a delayed review as I have also not been able to complain to The Body Shop as after searching their website for a way to contact them, I could only find a way where I would need to leave my e-mail. When I leave my name with them I get anxious and feel like they are thinking badly of me. I understand that this is because they usually send a reply to get you to stay with them, but since I know I will not be supporting them again I just wanted to make an anonymous complaint so they can try to make sure this does not happen again. This is a huge shame as I used to love the body shop, their moral selling point and their products (they especially made lovely presents), however, as customer service is something that is extremely important to me and another of their main selling points, this has completely ruined my view of the body shop, made me sure I will not shop there again and ruined my mood.

Potentially the worst return and refunds system I have ever encountered. I ordered a product on 21st November last year and when it finally arrived almost 2 weeks later I decided to send it back (it was faulty). I got a notification on the 12th of December that it had been returned and that it would be 3 to 5 working days for the refund to process - little did I know at the time it was more accurate to say '3 to 5 months'. Yesterday (14th March 19) I got an email asking if I wanted a full refund or a replacement. I opted for a refund, which is what I had initially asked for when I had to print off loads of documents and send back the package. As well as this I also emailed them and their responses were very slow It's a real shame because I was really behind their ethics and morals as a company and loved their products; however, this episode has really affected how I feel about them, I definitely won't be rushing to purchase their again - if ever again.

I love The Body Shop and I was happy to see that all their packaging is 100% recyclable. This encouraged me to buy from the business as I like businesses that are good for the environment.

I use body shop products and buy products from kamla nagar body shop as its the nearest store from my place but ever since the north eastern staff in kamla nagar store got replaced i stopped buying products from there as the other staffs are not at all interested to attend customers and are always indulge in chitchatting amongst themselves.when i asked them about the products they looked disinterested to answer and even refused to do the billing as i was buying only one product. Hence i stopped buying products from that store.

I love the Body shop products, they smell good enough to eat. There is always some offers on the website with a % off your order and free delivery for £20.00 spend. I can't wait for my delivery.

It has been a great experience shopping in the BODY SHOP. The products were great and my girl really loves them. The products were cheap compare from buying in my country or from the internet. And I think the most importantly, they don't do tests on animals, which is the main reason I love this shop. However, in some shops some poducts were shortage of. Some products were already openned by customers themselves, so that I hope there will be better management. Besides, about the products, the strawberry ones are really great, especially those perfumes. I would shop there again as long as I come back.
