AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE My engagement ring was purchased from the diamond store. Unfortunately we lost our warranty on it because we had it resized by a 3rd party. 12 months LATER one of the claws holding in the central diamond broke, luckily I noticed before the diamond came out and we sent the ring back. We paid for repairs and they sent the ring back. Just 4 weeks later another of the claws broke!! this time unfortunately the central diamond fell out and was lost. We were completely shocked the ring had broken for a second time and within 4 weeks of receiving it back from the first lot of repairs for the same issue. This time, because the repairs were more costly, the diamond store went into full defense mode and started blaming the company that carried out the resizing over 12 months ago for the 2 recent breaks. They were incredibly unhelpful, gave us a crazily low valuation for the ring, and then told us it was irreparable and that we would have to purchase a new ring from them. We have since been to a local jewelers who have quoted £450.00 for ALL of the repair work, cleaning and re-plating which is to include upgrading the claws, as they advised us that they are poorly made and not very durable which is why this ring was repeatedly breaking. Now even more annoyed that the diamond store had classed this ring as irreparable, and strongly feel like they were just pushing us to spend more money with them. save to say we will NEVER buy anything from them again and will advise others the same.

Avoid this company!! Worst customer service EVER, never call you back EVER I ordered an engagement ring on 4/12/23 that I was taking to Sri Lanka to propose to my girlfriend. The package arrived on 27/12/23 and I immediately saw the wrong ring had been delivered. I assumed this was an error due to the busy time of year and attempted to contact TDS in 4 different ways to resolve it. Their phone lines were shut for a month - incredibly frustrating! Managed to get through via email to arrange a return. TDS got back to me in the new year stating the ring returned wasn’t their ring because it doesn’t bear their hallmark, and asked if had returned it in error, and until I return the correct ring, they will not issue a refund. Someone in there packing room switched my engagement ring for a cheap gold ring and the company are taking no responsibility for it . Apparently the customer is always wrong and a thief !!!! This issue has been going back and forth since 27/12/23 and TDS are refusing to give me a refund because the ring doesn’t bear their hallmark. From my perspective, I have returned the ring I received from their company. I am now £1650 out of pocket and with no ring to show for it!! Fuming! I decided to reach out to the CEO to resolve this, and he flatly refused to take responsibility. What should have been a happy moment for us has been marred by this poor experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Go to a reputable jeweller instead. Incredibly frustrating and distressing experience and continues to be so!

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with your service, particularly after the purchase process. While contacting customer service before buying was effortless, my experience has taken a disappointing turn. I returned a bracelet that broke (due to no fault of mine), but I have not received any response or confirmation email regarding the return. This lack of communication has marred what could have been a positive experience for me. Regrettably, I cannot consider my experience satisfactory. I kindly request prompt attention to the issues surrounding my order #386423 and a timely response addressing the status of my return. I anticipate your swift resolution to rectify this situation.

Do not buy from these people. Ordered just before Christmas. Supposedly delivered by DPD. No notification. Item returned. Told they are waiting for the bracelet to be return by DPD. It's now 10th January and still waiting to hear. Judging by the rest of reviews on this site, steer well clear on the Diamond Store.

Ordered necklace, received confirmation or order email and money taken from bank. Advised delivery in 7 days, still nothing 3 weeks later, no reply to multiple emails, customer service phone permanently has message saying the store is closed. Have reported to Visa. Do you buy from this store.

I placed an order for a diamond tennis bracelet on Friday November 24th. I didn't receive a confirmation email which was strange so i called the number provided Saturday 25th and asked what was going on to be told my details would be passed on and I would get a email. I didn't. I called back Monday 27th and explained all this and I also emailed speaking with a lady called shakira who said my item would be sent and then I had the confirmation emails. I still received nothing then had a email Tuesday 28th to say my order was in stock and would be dispatched in 24 hours. Still nothing. I have just emailed and had a bit off abuse off the "company owner" who said he will not be sending the item as the payment been detected as fraud from yourselves and that if I wanted it sent then to send a bank transfer!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service.. purchased an item paid for it .. told it would be 3 days delivery.. waited and waited .. got an email saying it woujd be anothe 16 days.. sent an email after 10 days to say gift was a present .. and if I need received answer about when it would be delivered.. I may have to cancel .. the reply was we have will send your money back.. obviously this item was never in stock to sell .. you are not the only jewellery company on the internet and you reputation goes be before you .. very disappointed.. won’t deal with you again .. and will send an honest review to independent review sites

Avoid. Bought earrings and necklace. Earrings rotted ears after a few days of wearing. Then necklace broke. They sent a replacement necklace. Wrong one. Different style. Then advised they had sent the incorrect necklace in the first place, a lease value necklace . A shambles. Probably fake. Don’t waste your time or money.

This company is not reliable. I bought a ring that was too small on my finger and returned it. They REFUSED to give me a full refund with the excuse that the ring had signs of wear and charged me an unfair £50 fee for a ring that didn't even fit my finger. This company is not honest!!!! never again!!!

Please do not purchase this item. I had a terrible experience with the return process. I bought a ring for my wife, but she did not like it, so I promptly returned it. However, the company is now claiming that the ring shows signs of wear and tear and is misshapen, which is untrue. They are trying to charge me a fee of £50, which seems like a scam. I have already bought a replacement ring, but I will never do business with this company again and strongly recommend others to avoid it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had a diamond ring from here and I wore it for 6 months before the first 2 diamonds fell out. I then sent the ring back and happily paid £75 because I thought ok may be I had knocked it, I will be more careful. I then got my repaired ring back and it was beautiful I then wore it again and then 2 diamonds fell out again. I then decided to not wear it because it was getting silly. I then went wedding ring shopping and wore my ring for 24 hours and noticed another had fallen out. We then sent it back AGAIN to have it reviewed and again be told i had damaged the ring and it CANNOT be fixed. And if I wanted it fixing it would cost £200 to have my diamonds put in another ring. I’m sorry but I have NEVER known a ring to be so pathetic. I’ve work a Pandora studded ring for 8 years and nothing has happened yet you buy a £2000 ring and can’t wear it. I have also been ringing to talk to someone over the phone as you can imagine my disappointment to get no where. Please don’t waste your money on this company. shocking.

wanted to return my ring as it was faulty..they emailed me the returns procedure very complicated. I had to phone back to say I didn't have printer and was told someone would call back..still no call 2 days later, what does this tell you?. wont use this company again.

My engagement ring broke within a couple of months and I lost the diamond. This is of an over £5k ring!!!! The store accepted no responsibility and bled me despite the fact all my other rings have not broken in years. AVOID.

Horrible quality. The so called gold chain lost It's colour in 6 months. The lab grown diamond I'm not sure about as not hallmarked! Don't waste your time and money.

Ordered almost 7 weeks ago, they don’t really tell you if an item is out of stock till you pay, I received an email if I was happy to wait 4 weeks, I was, they don’t then email or update anything about the order after that period, you have to email them so that they can say oh, 7 to 10 more days it’s being shined, so after that, yes same thing no comment or update from them so I email again, ofcourse 7 to 10 days it’s bank holiday, and I am at the phase where I have finished all 3 periods and ofcourse no updates or emails from them, unless I email asking, which I have not yet received a reply to, unfortunately I will be asking for a refund due to poor service so can’t actually comment on the actual product ( my wife thinks I forgot her bday and just stalling )

Shocking company to deal with. Clasp on two bracelets broke within a couple of months. Won't entertain us getting a decent clasp put on and them covering the cost. Shocking customer service, they just ignore the content of your messages.

I have also fallen fowl of this company. I have a full diamond eternity ring. Firsty, my ring had to be returned as it was not hallmarked and now a diamond have fallen out, as shown allegedly due to a trauma, so it nicely gets them out of the 5 year guarantee! That's handy for them. I have to pay for a repair. What is the point of owning a ring you won't wear for fear of the diamonds falling out! Big disappointment. I have several inherited rings, very old, where this has never happened. This is not the way to conduct a business.
