“You did not correctly transcribe the address details that I gave you onto the Australia Post address and so consequently the package was delivered to the wrong address. “I called and spoke with Declan, explained that my dog Bug is an anxious rescue dog who barks all day long at anything and everything. I had tried 2 other collars and they didn’t work, I was waiting for the neighbours to fling an off chop over the fence for him.. He recommended the Barkless Pro BP-504 for my dog.. Day 1 the bark count was 8, day 2 was 6, day 3 was 2.. He’s even had some bark free days.. it’s not only stopped his incessant barking but it’s also turned him into a much calmer dog because he’s not getting so worked up! Thanks for your help”

“We bought the e-collar from The Dog Line after they got recommended to us. After being taught how to properly use it, our recall for Bowie is a million times better! Our giant GSD social butterfly can finally be controlled around other dogs! Such good quality gear for a more than fair price and extremely fast delivery. Couldn't be happier!”

“We live on a corner block and our 2 yo Lagotto has always barked very loudly, aggressively and at length when people walk past our house or ring the doorbell. It's been getting worse as more people are out exercising during lockdown. We have been trying to teach him not to bark for some time - trying to calm him, saying "no", plus we'd bought a citronella bark collar - but nothing worked. I called the Dog Line, got excellent advice on which bark collar to buy for my dog and they made sure it was in the post that day. It's been amazing! It made a difference from Day 1 - straight away it reduced his barking to a couple of barks and now a week later all we get are a couple of soft barks, or no barking at all! The household is less stressed (we can actually hear people on work phone calls!), he seems calmer and better behaved in general, and the neighbours are much happier.”

“These boundary collars have changed my life! After our much loved dog, who never even thought about leaving the property, sadly died of cancer we eventually were ready to have another friend and got two Labrador x border collie kelpie pups. From the time they became independent they were off! We live on 10 acres and have nativewombats. Each night the wombats would make more holes in the fences and each morning I would walk around the property plugging up the holes with ricks and corrugated iron. It was exhausting. I have never been a fan of boundary collars but I was out of options. I put the wiring around the 5 acres that comprises our ‘home’ paddock. It took less than a day to train our dogs. They understood immediately. Interestingly they have different levels of the shock component on their collars to account for their different personalities. They have not escaped once. The wombats are free to do whatever they like and the pups are safe and sound. Thank you Dogline!!”

“We purchased the FM1200 when our 9 month old white shepherd recently discovered he could easily get over the fence with his puppy enthusiasm. Within 2 days of having the system he has respect for the fence line. Our neighbour is so impressed that she is going to get collars (programmed to our fence frequency) so her dogs (border terriers) have the same respect for the fence line on the other side. Win-win. We have only had to set the R9 collar to 2. Thanks guys, easy to set up and install as well.”
