My wife and I purchased a bedroom suite August 6th and are extremely satisfied. The furniture is made very well, beautiful, and was delivered with professionalism and great customer service. Thank you we are very pleased!

Corporate needs to answer to their customers don’t leave it up to your store employees to handle it but corporate corporate. Venice Florida store and doing business with them for many years. Homes will slow down And the furniture store will take a hit. Store will take a hit so corporate take care of your customers so they come back to you corporate. Last Saturday I bought a bed king size bed my second one that I bought the blonde she knows who she is told me that she was going to take my old mattress she told me sign here sign here sign here. Because I’ve been a customer with you for so long I trusted the Blonde they didn’t deliver my mattress on Thursday of this week when they were supposed to I never received a phone call I had to call them and they delivered my mattress today so I like it yes ideal am I happy with my mattress yes. She also told me that they were going to deliver on Thursday of this week which they didn’t I had to call them and they delivered today. When the guys dropped it off they did not take my old mattress. Yes I understand sanitary put it in on the truck the blonde didn’t tell me that why didn’t I ask the blonde because I trust the store because I’ve been doing business with you for so many years next time I will not trust the store so you lost my trust. Corporate you see my text go and look and handle how you think you should. I guess it’s just better to shop online good luck with your store.

We were just at the Tamiami Furniture Warehouse showroom. Ryan was amazing and went out of his way to show us our options. Ryan was well versed in his inventory and was very helpful in measurements and delivery options. He was even willing to hold our pictures until closer to our move date which was a nice option!! It was our first time there and we were SO impressed with the selections!! Thank you Ryan!!

The Furniture Warehouse is a decent store and prices as I have purchased items there for a few years now BUT I will Not purchase any thing else. When things go wrong this company does not stand behind their product. They will not offer any customer service as its their company policy. All they could do is offer me a $50 in store credit which is useless to me. Spend a little more and purchase furniture from good people that stand behind their product.

I would have given 0 stars except you need to give 1 star to proceed. We purchased a reclining sofa and my husband now has an issue with his legs and cannot use the recline feature. We asked about exchanging this sofa for a regular sofa and was told by the St Catharines manager Jamie that they offer a 72 HOUR exchange. I had sent 3 emails and never heard back but when I sent a message on fb they got back to me. We will NEVER shop at this store again!

What an absolute fabulous place to shop especially the Centurion branch, very helpful and competent staff. Products are of very good quality, excellent service especially Leah and Willem. The delivery guys are also very helpful and I have to mention the driver Eddie who goes the extra mile, great job guys

The product colitis not as advertised in their media, nor the color of the showroom item. Of course there No policy to help the customer resolve the issue but by giving a store credit and a 15% restocking fee. Let alone the cost of delivery. How about taking it back free, fixing your advertising, changing your floor model, or correcting your paint or your product. The white table is yellow cream

Nick at Furniture Warehouse on Washington Blvd did a excellent job. Delivery was great.Very friendly. One thing, didn’t look at invoice, thought pillows included, charged 150.00 for 2 of them. Will be returning hopefully.

Stay away from this store! They do not care about customer satisfaction- or understand the term 'excellent customer care' for repeat business. We ordered a couch that arrived in a different color from showroom model. They blamed their artificial showroom lighting w/ a solution of paying a restock fee ..or to pick out a different couch! Really? Who would do business w/ them again after such a negative experience? After sending pic & email to Carol in Cust Svc .. she sent out a disheveled guy who left a bizzarre voice mail previous night who rang bell several times while banging loudly. He came in aggressively asking "WHAT'S THE PROBLEM" & proceeded to have a breakdown 2 minutes into the appointment .. yelling & coming at us w/ hostility & pointing finger - we almost called 911. We have a theory on his irrational behavior. Thankfully, my husband was home & made him leave. Beware! Lots of hoops to jump thru for over a week as they were defensive & obviously thought we were lying - with only 1 emp admitting a color difference. No guarantee of a product is both shady & unethical! Shame on the owners for allowing this employee hostility & customer abuse! They have plenty of competition with better customer service - go there! You should have a zero star review- they don't even rank a 1!

While the sales staff at The Furniture Wharehouse is great to work with, their follow up Customer Service staff is beyond horrible. Giving them a rating of "1" is a real stretch! I purchased a reclining loveseat in a beautiful pastel blue color. While it looked great on the showroom floor, when it was delivered it looked more green than blue. I contacted their customer service department and spoke with Carol Smith, explained my concerns and was told that there was little they could do about the color and suggested that it was probably just the lighting in my home. She finally reluctantly offered to send a technician to my home to access the issue. Their Technician "Alan" arrived a week later. He came in looked at the loveseat, asked me to turn lights, and then said "what's the problem?". He then proceeded to tell me that the real issue was the lighting and wall color. When we dared to question his statement he became loud and arrogant and charged toward my wife screaming and pointing and waving his finger. I immediately insisted that he leave. I then called Carol Smith who half heartedly apologized and told me to send her an email. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she declined to transfer me. Eventually her boss, Lori Sullivan called us to again apologize. She said that there was very little she could do and offered a $50 discount off our next purchase. Trust me, there will never be another purchase made at The Furniture Warehouse by us. Their customer service is non existent and they obviously condone employees threatening clients in their own home as evidenced by Alan's behavior. These folks need to be held accountable for their employees who represent them and for the actions of those employees.

Goods are poor quality, they over inflate the alleged price and the discount given, is the highest price they have ever charged. This is a very poor quality, knock off chain, the goods they state are from major retailers, have a look on the label, they are produced for FWC off shore and a cheap at best

Purchased two bedroom sets and a 72” TV console in May ‘21. Was very understanding with the many delays due to the pandemic. When bedroom sets arrived in August ‘20 delivered but no hardware included so they couldn’t set up bedroom furniture. Two days later they came back set up bedroom set. ‘72 inch console arrived in Oct ‘20 when delivered the doors would not stay closed and it was a 62” console. We flew down just to be here for this delivery. Took them two days to get back to us with a resolution. They’ll deliver correct one in a week. Which doesn’t work since we must fly back before then. Meg proceeded to tell me it wasn’t there fault, offer no solution except to have it delivered when we aren’t here. Unfortunately we just bought our home and don’t know our neighbors to allow them to access our home. We have no plans on returning anytime soon. What happened to the customer service of making sure your customers are happy? No, I am so sorry this happened, no, what can we do to make this right no, inconvenience to them or their schedule. Just inconvenience to me. The customer. This Company will NEVER get my seal of approval or future purchases. The dining room set and office furniture we were going to purchase to match this console will not happen.

On September 29th it all started with a text message. We had a delivery scheduled on this day from 1:30-pm- 5:30 pm. At 12:36 I receive a text message saying they will see me soon. I responded with the time I’m expecting them & to make sure they have cover for their shoes. I have been working on my floors for weeks & know one comes in with shoes on or not covered & never have I had a problem until today. I didn’t get a response back from the text so I notice a missed call & call it back. I tell the guy who I am he said he has 1 more stop then he will be over. I told him as long as it is after 1:30 & I responded to the text to wear boot covers. He said I don’t have any! I told him I have been working on my floors & would like for them to wear covers. He said I told you I don’t have any & I assure you my shoes are clean. I responded with I want a cover on your shoes I don’t understand why you wouldn’t have any being a company. He told me not to tell him how to do his job that he does it very well. I then said I did not say that! What I said is you need covers over your shoes so please figure it out. As I was hanging up he was saying we will need to reschedule. I hung up my Phn & called carol at the warehouse I left her a message to contact me. I then called the showroom to explain what just happened. The gentleman apologized & said carol will get me in touch with their manager. As I was calling her back a very loud hard knock that scared me & my dog was coming from my door. I looked through the peep hole & see a guy as I open the door he says he is delivering a chair. I asked do you have boot covers, he said NO! If you want us to wear them then we will need to reschedule. I told him to stay right there I’m calling the manager. He then said something in Spanish & called someone on his phone talked in Spanish then said NO there is nothing wrong with the chair she wants us to wear boot covers. He said it like it is unheard of. I closed my door called carol again got her voicemail again as I was leaving another message there was a soft knock on my door it was the other guy with him. He asked if I had small bags he could wear. I told him I don’t think I have any left bug I dug & found a couple. He said just give me 2 I will take the chair out & bring new one in & he did all by himself he was very polite he didn’t hit anything but my wreath on my front door but no damage. The other guy was still on the phone & still did nothing when he finally got off the phone. I live in an apartment & this went on in the hall way so my neighbor later came over & said she couldn’t believe how rude that boy was & the arguing he did over something that’s your right. I too couldn’t believe the disrespect & rudeness!

Purchased dining room table/chairs. Was an awful experience. Table top didn’t line up with legs. The chairs, holes were not drilled to attach seats. And one chair tops had a big fabric snag in it. Took us three visits and 2 weeks to get everything fixed. Canceled side table, due to very long delay(from when we were told) to come in. Bad experience. Won’t do business with that company again.

We came in today to purchase a sofa and loveseat and were greeted by London Ryan. What a pleasant surprise,she was so helpful ,friendly and professional. We look forward to returning to make more purchases when she is there, such a pleasant sales associate.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. They’ve been difficult from start to finish. The quality is poor the customer service is non existent. We had to return two items of furniture and it took them almost 2 weeks to organise and then didn’t process the refund until I chased weeks after. They are the most difficult company to deal with, the delivery company they use is appalling they never show up and when they do they’re rude. Avoid at all costs

We could not have been more happy with our shopping experience! They were extremely helpful with solving our bed situation. The bed frame we purchased is perfect for us!! It was delivered the following day and was assembled quickly! We will definitely be back to make further purchases! We love Furniture Warehouse and wish we would have always started (and ended!) every furniture purchase we have ever made at this store!
