“Fast response to questions and very quick delivery”

“I could not have asked for better service. Living on the Isle of Wight, it is not uncommon for suppliers to decline delivery altogether (as one of your competitors did!). fortunately you are one of the more enlightened suppliers who add a modest delivery charge. Added to all this, I saved hundreds of pounds over local prices! I was more than pleased to receive the Al-Ko ride-on mower within a few days, fully assembled and tested and was using it to mow my overgrown grass within hours of arrival. One small niggle is that you web-site log-in system did not work for me (password supplied did not work) and the e-mail address supplied by you (customersupport@thegreenreaper.co.uk) does not seem to exist. A further e-mail from me to 'customerservices@thegreenreaper.co.uk' remains unanswered so I still cannot log in to my account. It looks like some work needs to be done by your IT people! Other than this, excellent machine, excellent service. Thank you.”

“The one drawback I would like to comment on would be the delivery of the purchased article. Your courier would only give me a time slot of between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm 9 hrs, which meant that I had to stay in the house all day. It was delivered at 3.00pm Surely in this day and age , it would be possible to give a time slot of 4 hrs. The courier gentleman was excellent.”

“Excellent service. Ordered on Sunday delivered on Tuesday. Just one little thing, the dispatch note on my parcel had 2 trimmers when I only ordered 1 and received 1. Also £16-66 for the connector cord, which was included with the trimmer.”

“I couldn't believe how fast delivery was. I ordered it after 2 PM and it was delivered next day. An additional item was on back order but only took a few more days to be delivered. Excellent service. One small gripe though - I did email customer service with a question but received no reply. Maybe they didn't receive it so I can't mark the service down. I would certainly recommend The Green Reaper. I haven't used the multi tool yet”
