“The mild is much too spicy for me. Can't eat it. I'll have to figure out a way to dilute it. Shame really. I was so looking forward to tasting these Chili's.”

“You are the best!! So reliable and responsive. Our Chile Ristras and wreath are the best we have ever owned. They went up last night and are gorgeous and sparkling in the sun this morning. We have a Santa Fe home here in San Diego area and they complete the look. In fact I want to order three more 24 inch treated ones. How do I do that??? If you still have my billing info please go ahead and order if not just let me know how to do the order. Thanks so much for all of your help and thoughtfulness!!! You have made our year and holidays so much better!!we are heading to Santa Fe on vacation 12/12-19. Can’t wait. Have a happy holiday. Oh my husband said to give you a special thanks. He did not have to treat the Ristras for the first time!!! Yours are so much more lovely!!! Warmly Marilyn Deming”

“Their customer service is spot on. I had a hitch in the delivery but Daniel straightened it out and I received the chilis a few days ago. I have purchased dried and fresh…their chilis are absolutely delicious.”

“Generally I buy a couple of 25lb cases and that lasts me to the following season. I ran out and ordered for the first time a 10lb frozen selection. As always, Hatch has provided perfection! I'll be back! JimmyK”

“Your chile is excellent!! The ONLY REASON I gave you three stars is that my order for hot and mild chile was mixed up. I ordered 3 lbs. mild, 3 lbs. medium and 2 lbs. hot. What I received was 2 lbs. mild, 3 lbs medium, and 3 lbs. hot. I also recognize that this is an honest mistake that anyone could make. I look forward to making carne adovada, Texas chili, red chile ribs, etc. with your chile as the featured spice. Mistake rectified with unprecendented speed. Rating raised to four stars!”

“Our 2 beautiful 30” decorative ristras arrived in perfect condition and look great hanging on our front porch. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my credit card was charged when the ristras were ordered (6-1/2 weeks before they were shipped) instead of, as is more proper and in accordances with accepted accounting principles, when the ristras were shipped.”

“I've placed 3 orders with HCS. The green Chiles have been received, the pinto beans have been delivered, But! The Chile Ristra I ordered has not been received in spite of UPS claiming it was delivered on November 22, 2023. This review was posted on November 23,2023”

“I ordered frozen roasted green chili as well as powdered red chili. The green chili came quickly and here two weeks later I have already enjoyed two pounds of it. The red chili I have yet to receive which is extremely disappointing because I ordered it days in advance of the cut off for Thanksgiving and it hasn’t been shipped so I don’t have it for turkey day. What’s the most disappointing is that I called the day before Thanksgiving and I was told that they unexpectedly ran out of the powder chili so they could not ship for a few weeks….yet I was never updated about this and had I never called I would have just waited and waited. The least you guys could do is inform your client that the chili that was ordered according to your stated cut off for Thanksgiving wasn’t going ti make in time after all.”

“Gorgeous 3 ft long Sandia Rista. We order yearly; if coated, it will last us a year or longer in Arizona heat. It is tough to find the 3-foot-long ones anywhere else. They make a statement in our entry—great service delivered just in time for Thanksgiving.”

“Pure Hatch Green Chilis are fully delicious. I received my order today (fast delivery - excellent customer service), and I had some on my roasted chicken thighs. Fabulous warm and lasting flavor. I can't wait for my Hatch Green Chili cheeseburger tomorrow night.”

“I'd fallen in love with Hatch Chilis when I was in New Mexico last month, and I purchased a jar of Chilis (not sauce). They were shipped almost overnight, and I had them on roasted chicken tonight. OMG they were Fine, flavorful and not too hot (I ordered "Medium"). I can't wait for my Hatch Chili cheeseburger tomorrow night‼️ Russell- Calpine CA”

Hi Barbara, Thanks for reaching out! I'm so sorry about the way your order arrived. Typically orders for frozen products arrive cold with a small amount of dry ice left in the box. As long as they are still cold to the touch, then they are safe to refreeze and consume. We never recommend our customers consume a product if it arrives warm and spoiled.
