“Used to live in Albuquerque, would go through Hatch on the way to/from Tucson. Always got some fresh chiles there. Yummmm. Now live in Colorado and glad to see their availability online. Just got our first order and very happy with it. Green chile omelets and green chile cheeseburgers so far. MMMM”

“I placed my order on 4/1/23. As of 4/18/23 I still have not received my order. I just live one state away! It was explained they had shipping issues. BS! They didn’t have any “issues” taking my money immediately! Do not buy from this business!!”

“I have the spices and the ground green chilies. I have also preordered green chilies for this fall! The quality is top notch and the flavor wonderful!! Easy to order and they get the shipments out very quickly. Great customer service. I will be back for more!!!”

“Hatch chiles - need I say more? No muss, no fuss - simply thaw, open the package and add to your recipe. My husband says he'll never go back to peeling green chiles again! “I live in NH, and have visited NM only once, for a week. But I was completely captivated and enchanted by your beautiful state. We have one burger joint close to home that offers a green chile cheese burger, and uses Hatch green chile's! So for my 77th birthday, I told my wife I wanted 5lbs of them!
