“Grew up in El Paso, TX and always got 25 lbs of Hatch Chile every season. Hard to find anything close to it on the East Coast. Nothing beats the flavor of roasted Hatch Chile…meaty texture with just the right amount of heat. These are wonderful! Highly recommend!”

“Hatch Green chiles are always very good and always fresh. I use their chile's in everything. I bought 25 lbs of fresh chiles this year and only received 5 lbs. I am hoping it was just because of the weather and that they send me the other 20 lbs.”

“This was my second time ordering and part of the reason I came back was the EXCELLENT customer service!! Not to mention the yummy chilies. They have the best taste and since moving to rural Minnesota I have a hard time finding fresh product for my Chile Verde Pork and tamales. Thanks to the quick turnaround I was able to capture them in their prime.”

“Hi, Been a regular at The Hatch Chile Store for years. Love you all and your chiles! Once again ordered some this year as well as a box each for my son and daughter. I'm guessing you all now have two more regulars! I got your email about the end blossom rot. That was too bad for you. My box had 3 or 4 that had it and were bad. No worries, that happens. I grow about 6 different chiles every year in my garden. It was disappointing, but I know you all always ship 100% perfect beautiful delicious Hatch Chiles. I roasted the last of them today and put some on grilled hamburgers......delicious! Thank you all for your hard work, and please let your field personnel how much we appreciate their super-hard work picking all these beautiful chiles for us! Muchas Gracias!”

“This year the crop is being held up a little due to the hot weather. No worries, I can wait. I know it will be wonderful when it does get to me in Minnesota. :) Previous years, I have always pre-ordered the fresh green chile by the pound and roasted it myself. I find the chile in stellar condition when it gets to me, and the size, quality and taste of them are absolutely perfect. I use them in any number of ways during the year, and luckily being in Minnesota, most of my neighbors don't like any spice, so all the chiles are for ME! I highly recommend this store and their products to everyone.”

“Unfortunately, I lost 20 chilis that were mushy. The rest were wonderful. I've never seen such meaty chili but the medium I ordered had no heat at all. I just add some cayenne to the stuffing and it's perfect. So glad I pre-ordered. Thank You. PLM”
