“As always OUTSTANDING!! Just love your green Chile , in fact using it tonight for Mac and Cheese. And Saturday for a dinner party for people from Florida who only come to dinner because I cook with Green Chile and they think it’s amazing!! No I won’t give them any! 😎”

“We came from Denver and roasted chillies were easy to find. Spent some time along the gulf in Tx and finally settled in Northern Utah. Neither area had fresh Hatch chili...just the canned stuff. The vinegar in the canned chili ruined all of our dishes. I like the convince of the peeled whole chillies. I'll be a return customer!”

“My Godfather owened a Farm when I was young. I remeber Belen NM. He grew Chili and it was wonderful. He passed and his kids sold to Hatch and they STILL remain without comparison. I am 71 years old and have loved Green Chili since I was quite young. Thank you for maintaining the flavor and freshness that has continually flowed from Hatch Valley. This year I gave growing a shot here in Magnolia Texas from the Hatch seeds I purchased. Picture is from 1st harvest in July and I am waiting a few more weeks to reap a second harvest. Thank you for being the BEST! JimmyK”

“Love, love, love my green chiles. Moved to South Carolina from Colorado. Missing my spicy food. The chiles are roasted perfectly, ready for me to make my beloved green Chile and rellenos. I recommend you to everyone!!!”

Hi Edwin, per your phone call the beans arrived in great shape and you even cooked with them without issue. After over a week, you found weevils in them. Once you have received beans, we cannot control the conditions they are stored in, nor can we really provide credit for product you have already used and enjoyed. I would definitely store your beans differently going forward and am sorry that you were upset with what happened to them after they arrived.

“I ordered HOT chili and what I have tasted so far is far from HOT. However, maybe when I open the next pound (I ordered 10 lbs) it might be a different story. I also found that our Krogers here in WV is now selling Hatch green chili which pleases me.”
