“Took a little longer to receive than I expected and I thought it might come in a special tin broken up into groups I could give as a gift. Instead, it came in a box of a handful of bags. Kinda' let down, however, all good! Thanks! Ag”

“I discovered Hatch chilies several years ago. I can't live without them. We have ordered fresh and roasted them ourselves (love the smell) and ordered them frozen. They have always been amazing.”

“It's not fair to rate a business over one disappointing order. I thought the chilli rellanos and tamales would be packaged individually so I could grab a couple instead of trying to chip them apart. I expected a lot more cheese in the rellanos. The pork tamales were nothing to special. I didn't even try the chicken tamales I gave them away. The packages I got are full of ice crystals so I think my order came from a very old product run that sat unsold too long. So it was thrown on sale to get rid of it. I have no complaints about previous orders and enjoy your other products.”

“I order Hatch Green Chili for a sister in Minnesota every Christmas. The Hatch Chili site is easy to use, ordering and paying fast and secure. The Chili always gets there on time as promised and is alwasy in excellent shape and according to my sister and brother in law, very "YUMBOLICIOUS" . Its funny because I hate Green Chili Myself, and I live in the Southwest, although was from Minnesota where my sister still lives. Will be ordering more in the future. Thank You Hatch Chile Store. Hi Terry, I'm so sorry you have not received your order. Unfortunately, if our customer service team is not reached out to, we don't have the opportunity to correct the issue. We know FedEx can be difficult at times, wish we had more control over our packages, but once they are in the shipper's hands, there isn't much we can do.
