“They are a great company! One box arrived on time the otherone did not. They replaced that second box order. I appreciated that more than anything.”

“We love the chili rellenos but have a problem with packaging/labeling. The shipping box does not show that refrigeration is necessary, so packages are not refrigerated on arrival. Our rellenos (and roasted chilies in a previous order) arrived partially thawed. All the dry ice was gone. Can you have the box labeled to show it should be refrigerated? Also I never received notice of shipping.”

“I lived in New Mexico for over 30 years before moving back to Pennsylvania. I really miss eating good Mexican food and can’t get red or green chile. I ordered some from The Hatch Chile Store. I was very impressed with how quickly I received my order and how well the jars were packed. I’m really looking forward to making some green chile chicken enchiladas!”

“My child orders were shipped promptly and arrived quickly in excellent condition. I roasted all 8 lbs. The next day. A true labor of love! Now I have a stock of frozen green Chile for the next year to cook with! Already had an awesome green Chile cheeseburger last week! Thx HCS for producing such a great treat!”

“I absolutely love having this option for purchasing already processed Hatch Chile! I don’t like putting the work in to process freshly roasted Chile. It’s packaged nicely. Its arrives in a semi frozen state, so I just put it in the freezer and it’s all good! I live in Texas, the heat is awful and the courier service delivered it very late in the day.”
