“We are very pleased with Hatch Chili. Our 1st order was delayed by the shipper, when are chilis arrived they were bad. After contacting Hatch they sent out replacement order they arrived in great shape and look wonderful.”

“We are very satisfied with our 10 pounds of mild Hatch Chile! We received a quick delivery. The peppers were fresh and very fragrant. We roasted them immediately and enjoyed some for dinner.”

“Maybe I’m just the unlucky one. First of all communication about delivery delay were none existent. So I disputed my CC charge. I receive one 4 lb box about a month ago and half of it was bad. I’ll never order from them again. Not at all worth the price”

“I love Hatch chiles! Our local stores in MN carried them for 1-2 years but then stopped. Ordered a 10 pound box of medium chiles and they arrived promptly when they were supposed to. Very fresh, and loved the smell when we roasted them on our smoker. Bagged them in vacuum bags to freeze and use over the next year. Can’t wait to make enchiladas with green chiles or pork chile Colorado soup.”

“There’s nothing like a stuffed X-Hot Hatch pepper - It’ll make you cry and be happy at the same time! Love the flavor! I shared some XHot peppers with a friend and she purchased 25 lbs recently!!”

“We bought a 25 lb box of mild as our first purchase. I had gotten some from a local store a year ago and my wife went wild over them. They didn't come back this year so we searched out the Hatch Chili Store and decided to get some. Ordered late one week and it was like Thursday the next week they were here. I roasted them on the grill over a three day period and now they are in the freezer just waiting for my wife to use, or just eat out of hand.”

“Received the order in record time. The only thing I thought was the price of the fresh chilies seemed too high. I know the shipping costs, etc. are causing some of the cost. But, when my grocery stores have fresh and roasted the cost is nowhere near that high.”

“The chilies were small, the xhot was more like mild to medium. I found bigger and hotter chilies at a local food store for about 1/4 of the price.”
