“Delivery service is dreadful. Been waiting well over a week for two pairs of boots that I bought directly from muck boot company. UPS brought boots to house twice without leaving in safe place or with a neighbour,despite asking them to. I'm at work most days.I asked MBC to cancel the oder but they would not contact UPS. Customer services do not care or answer the phone. Will never buy from them again”

“I ordered Arctic Sport Steel Toe boots for work and I love them! My feet don't get cold in them and it saves me from having to trudge around in snow pants around the cement plant. Recommend!”

“Ordered Artic print lady's boots. They were the wrong size, had to send back. They paid the return shipping and told me to re order that it would be quicker. I let them hit my credit card again for $134.95. They received the wrong boots back and I still have yet to get the credit for return. To date it's been 10 days and still no credit. The boots are great! Customer service, not so great.”

“NEVER BUYING CHEAP EXPENSIVE BOOTS AGAIN . MUCK IS THE ABSOLUTE TOPS... PURCHASED A SIZE 8 IN MENS FOR A BOY THAT WEARS A 6 IN KIDS . ALSO MY AUTISTIC SON HAS A PAIR , ON AND OFF WITHOUT A VACUME EFFECT LIKE SOME DO .. SERIOUSLY WARM ( I TESTED) , WAITING FOR MUCK SANDLES .. FANTASTIC BOOT EVERYONE...NO HYPE ..GO A SIZE UP THOUGH ..FIT IS GREAT . BUT JUST FOR ON OFF COMFORT ..SO ANNOYING WHEN A BOOT SUCKS YOUR FOOT IN WHEN YOU WANT IT OFF ...GREAT BOOTS MUCK .”

“I went online and found the Muck Boot Store and was very pleased with the selection and prices. So I ordered and somehow I ordered the wrong size online, called the next morning and you guys said no problem and changed the size and bam!! my boots were here in no time. Thanks for the great customer service, and the boot I ordered fits fine, I have RA and my left foot has very little movement. These boots sure fit the bill and I can get them on and off where most boots I could not accomplish this, and they real comfortable and warm. I have told everyone I know about the Muck Boot Store and how happy I was with my purchase. Thank you so much! May 2018 be a great and prosperous year for all of you at the Muck Boot Store. “The service I received as far as my order and customer service was very good. What I was very disappointed about was the website was very misleading about Free Return Shipping. I placed my original order, thinking if the boots did not fit properly I could return them for free. They were much more narrow than the other two pairs of Muck boots I already own so I wanted to return them for a refund but then saw, in the fine print, there is a $15.00 charge to return them for a refund; the Free Return Shipping only applies for exchanges, which was not made clear on the website. I did call and talked with Fred, who was extremely helpful in trying to help me find another pair of boots that might meet my needs but was unable to find another pair that would work for me. I would not have placed my original order if I had known I was going to have to pay to return them and I am very unlikely to order anything else from the Muck Boots Store.”

“Ordered the Woman's Chore Tall about 10 days prior Christmas and was informed that there were none in stock and most likely be about 3 weeks. All to my surprise, 3 days prior Christmas I had received the Boots. This was one of the Wife's Christmas presents and I was elated. The size was correct and we have had some frigid cold (single digits F) since and the Boots kept my Wife's feet cozy as she walks the kid to the school bus and then feeds our Horses. Thus far, GREAT BOOT! :)”
