“Have only been with the agency a short time, (Christmas 2016) but already they have have shown a truly professional and friendly manner towards us where nothing seems to be a problem. Very prompt to sort any issues and always get back to/keep you updated. Over all we are very happy with the Purple Property Shop.”

“Purple property shop are always available and ready to help. They understand my personal circumstances with work etc and cater to my needs as a landlord. They always do their best so I'm happy as a landlord and my tenant would be happy.”

“What makes Purple Property Shop so good is their consideration when solving problems and making sure that as a tenant, we feel like we matter. I can say as well that I have always been treated fairly and kindly by Natasha, who has always dealt with our enquiries/questions/problems with courtesy and guidance. Having that support makes the experience of being a tenant that much easier.”

“James at the Purple Property shop was helpful from the outset, giving us information on both the property and how we should approach making an offer to the vendors. This bore itself out as negotiating then became quite simple. Further down the line as completion drew near, I was always able to get up to date information from James over and above our conveyancer, and at times this was critically important to us. He always emailed and returned our calls without us having to call back and was consistently easy to deal with. If only everyone in a customer-facing role conducted business like this. On completion day, we collected the keys from the shop and received a warm welcome from the staff (unlike other agents I have used). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Purple Property Shop to both buyers and sellers.”

“Very fast in terms of booking in appointments and flexibility with those appointments - a couple were very last minute and they were fab with it! After dealing with other estate agents, especially Miller Metcalf, the Purple Property shop have been outstanding - from even the little things such as sending conformation emails, but they have been perfect with timings of when I ask them to call back - just everything with them has been perfect!”

“No complaints at all; we have been kept informed all the time, Danielle was very helpful when she came to take the photos. 8 people coming or have come to see the house so far seems good to me. One thing that annoys me, (that I havent see you doing) is to advertise a property and when you ring about it, you are told it is under offer.That information should be in the advert.”

“The whole experience was a delight. From the time Matt came to my house upto handing the keys over to the new owner, and picking the keys up to our new home. A big thank you to James, Sharon, Danielle, Natasha and Lynne for all her help and advice throughout the process. Thanks guys. 😚😚”

“Matthew was very professional and smartly dressed. He told us how successful his company has been and produced recent figures to back this claim up. He then explained the available packages, time scale etc. He was complimentary about the house! Danielle took some good photos and was really enthusiastic about what she was doing. Thanks to her the house was live on the internet in less than a week from the initial meeting with Matthew. She has kept in constant touch by email. Other staff involved have also been in touch about viewings by phone and email.”

“I knew from the start I had made the best choice with Purple Property Shop. Matthew was so open, honest and direct and Lynn totally on the ball. In spite of appalling weather and our crazy dog charging round,Danielle produced some amazing photos of our property, which is not an easy one to photograph. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I will definitely recommend Purple Property Shop based on my great experience so far Sharon”

“I was extremely happy with the service I received from the Purple Property Shop. Having been with another estate agent for 4 months and only having 4 viewings from them in all that time, the Purple Property Shop was recommended to to me. They lived up to their recommendation in more ways than I expected. Their dedicated team was always available to talk to, accompanied viewings were dealt with professionally, I had prompt, regular feedback from viewings but above all the team was consistently pursuing interested buyers throughout (not just for the first couple of weeks) resulting in at least 3 viewings per week! Thank you PPS. I will certainly recommend you.”

“The PPS TEam were excellent from start to finish on my house sale ands also helping me buy my new property. It is never easy selling a family home and the team especially Lynn were fabulous!
