“I took my armani watch into Chester as the battery did not seem to be lasting. The gentleman explained my options and said that he would look at it and come back in a hour. On my return the watch had been fitted with ba new isolated and I was gold that there was not one in there already which is wehy the battery didn't last. I have waited until now to reply as I wanted to makes sure the watch worked longer than a week and 2 months later it is still going strong. I have since recommended their services and I would like to say a big thank you for the excellent customer service which seems to be lacking so much in today's commercial world. KR Lesley”

“Very polite staff, quick service. Good quality battery (have used before and they last well). Also had a pin for the buckle on strap. Thought £7.95 was very pricey for this!! New pin and battery (fitted) for TIMEX Expedition. Chester.”

“I have a Christopher Ward watch which is pressure sealed and has to be sent off for battery replacement. This means that the watch is away for a few days. The Watch Lab did it for me straight away, took 30 minutes and carried out all of the required checks for being water tight. I've worn it in a swimming pool since and it's perfect. Great job Watch lab.”

“Both assistants were helpful and knowledgable. They were able to tell me the exact process involved and get the watch ready for me to collect within 30 minutes. They also gave me the location of my two nearest Watch Lab repairers, in case ai had any problems in the future.”

“I went to my usual jeweller for a replacement battery for my Tag Heuer watch and was told there was a 10 week wait to send get a battery replaced by the manufacturer. That delay was completely unacceptable to me. I was initially nervous about taking it somewhere else but they recommended the Watch Lab. As soon as I went there it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Louise (Leeds) was a true professional and set my mind at rest. My battery was replaced the same day and cheaper than the manufacturer. The service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Nathan was very helpful in giving advice about repairing the two watches. Friendly and approachable. I had an emporio armani watch that needed a new battery and clean and the second was a marc jacobs watch which also needed a new battery. I was assured that the watches would be sealed again after repair. The overall process for the repair work was quick and didn't have to wait long. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to the watch lab for any repairs.”
