Clothes are way to over priced, even on sale. Would never give them my money. RIP off. Some of the clothes on sale looked like they were worn. And even the sale prices are high

absolutely adore this company. Ordered quite a bit last christmas and have done so again. Love thier pjs atm. Kids stuff is beautiful too. Never had problems with an order or delivery times. Although expensive they are worth it. hoping they bring the same wrapping paper out this year,its quality.

Sent back 1 month ago (30 days) a £75.00 item of clothing, poor quality, included the Hermes tracking proof of sending, 30 days later, 6 e mails all promising to escalatd the issue, phones not answering and no sign of a refund. We are initiating a CCJ in the small claims court which is dealt with at Rushton. It has crossed our mind, is White Company in trouble, hence withholding refunds.

Got a generous gift card, but honestly, I had no idea what to buy there because it’s a store full of overpriced and low quality items. Ordered bed linens now on sale, which are still more expensive than similar quality in other stores. Wish I got a gift card from John Lewis or Amazon instead. I would have had much more joy spending the value there. Let’s see how long delivery takes. Don’t expect much looking at the reviews.

I ordered a dress from the White Company so when I received an email telling me it was on its way via HermesI was delighted. It said I could track it on the Hermes website. When it hadn't arrive after 8 days, I did track it only to find and I quote ' We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24hours'. After four days it still hadn't arrived so I rang the White Company only to be told it was lost and offering me a refund. An hour later I received an email from White Company saying and I quote ' We're sorry that these items weren't suitable this time', suggesting I had returned them. Clearly this is not the case. I am surprised they are using Hermes as they do not have a good tract record for safe delivery.

I ordered 2 white pjs offered with a 20% sale code which was accepted however at the end of checkout the code due of $43.60 was never applied. I requested it be applied to my paypal as a credit and the answer 5 times was no. That I needed to either return the 2 pjs or order a new piece of clothing and get the discount. A true bait and switch. Never ever again will i order from this company.

I have just received an £89 blouse from The White Company advertised as ‘premium pure silk’. According to its label it is 100% Polyester !! Not what you expect for the price - or from this company that says it prides itself on its thought care and attention. I have tried to call and speak to someone but it isn’t possible at the moment. So unhappy.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Until now its not even dispatched . Tried to reach customer service by phone(not possible) by mail(no reaction) through chat( gave my order number etc 3 times no response). Unbelievable bad customer service. And Corona is no excuse at all. The questions below are useless as you can not fill in more than one option.

Very disappointed from the company. I ordered a few things two weeks ago, and still waiting to receive my order. Tried to phone them and sent email, but no response so far. I will never buy anything from there again.

Bought a dress online, and it was too big! You can take online delivery parcels back to your local store for an instant refund, no need to return the parcel via post office or courier. Great service from the online side and Kingston upon Thames store, many thanks.

Firstly I must say that I had no issues with online ordering, goods received or delivery which were all fine. My issue is with the packaging! I ordered a door wreath and two candles. The box that they were delivered in was at least four times bigger than it needed to be! Taking up masses of room in a delivery vehicle that could have delivered another three of these orders if the box was the right size. Carbon footprint sprung to mind!! That was not the worst of it!! At least the box can be recycled. Inside the box in the three quarters of empty space was an absolute mountain of air filled plastic pouches! The amount of plastic that this delivery has put into the environment is shocking. I actually feel heartbroken about it. I am just an ordinary nana who wants to do her bit for the environment using simple measures like recycling for our grandchildren, but this is disgraceful! Never will I order from The White Company again!! There should be a law regarding this. What’s the point in us doing our bit when companies are wreckless? Shame on you The White Company!!

Bought a third bathrobe after purchasing my first one 15 years ago (still going strong) and a second ten years ago (still going strong) but sadly to say this latest one the quality is terrible. It’s like wearing a bath towel that has been dragged through a hedge backwards. I have to cut off numerous unfinished seams, never known a garment with so many pull threads, Unfinished shoulder seams, . It feels like a oversized bath towel of the cheapest quality ever. I have always saved my hard earned money to buy quality products (buy cheap buy twice) . I am so disappointed in this latest purchase and I’ve only been wearing it a week, I think I need to find another company to spend my hard earned money with

Been waiting for a "Call back" for an escalated customer service issue since 20 December. All I get is email excuses via 'cut and paste' emails from a VERY POOR customer service team. Over £250 of Christmas candles arrived smashed to pieces. Had to return them and STILL no refund. Apparently I should have "taken photos". Take your own photos, I've sent the goods back to you. Probably the most appaling customer service I have ever experienced.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had. I ordered a candle and an eau de toilette from the white company website. Both were sent to my local collect + shop, but were sent with the wrong courier so were rejected. I contacted customer services to let them know, and after being on hold for 40 minutes, they recognised they had made a mistake, and would resend the parcel. They were then resent, but again with the same courier, so were once again rejected. I rang customer services (another long wait on hold) who arranged for both items to be resent directly to my home address via next day delivery. Only the candle was sent (apparently as the eau de toilette was out of stock, but I was not notified of this), but this arrived smashed (as per the attached photos) with the box having no protection for the glass candle inside of it. I rang customer services (again) who sent a refund for the eau de toilette after explaining why it wasn't sent, and then said they would resend the candle. I asked that the candle not be sent to my collect + shop, given they clearly couldn't send it with the right courier; they then said I'd need to place a new order and cancel this one. I've spent more time on the phone/email with customer services than I have talking to my grandparents this holiday period. I've given up, taken the refund and will absolutely never spend money at this absolutely horrendous company again. I don't want to spend any more time talking about an overpriced candle, but would warn you to stay away for your own sanity above anything else.

I love The White Company. It’s my one stop shop for everything. From kids pjs, to candles, to cashmere socks. They never disappoint. The most amazing products at affordable prices.

The address defaulted to an incorrect address and although I immediately phoned TWC to change the address the parcel still arrived at the wrong place I was assured by TWH customer services team that it would go to the correct address Result is I have to drive for 2 hours to collect parcel and it will not reach it’s destination in US so a small child will loose out on her Christmas present as there isn’t time to send it
