He was very thorough in taking pictures of damaged side walls and then showing us and explaining everything that he would be doing. It took about an hour and a half to complete all the work and clean up. I was very pleased with the office staff also as they were very professional and kind and made sure they held an installation time that fit both my schedule and the length of time needed for installation. “Gavin Lemley was my technician today and boy am I glad to have called this company over the others advertised on Google! All of the certifications these techs go through ensure a thorough inspection throughout. He was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful breaking everything down into layman’s terms. After the inspection he was able to determine it was actually unsafe to be lighting a fire in the fireplace based on the current conditions. He was patient enough to show me the areas that were damaged and what could happen with further fireplace use. He recommended repairs and was honest with the costs. Come to find out, not many other chimney cleaning companies are certified in the courses these techs go through, so I could have ended up with a clean chimney through another company but continued to have the increased risk for a house fire, further damage to the surrounding house structure and back flow of the carbon monoxide into the house with use.
