OMG i cannot even begin to tell you how bad the customer services are at the range, its a shame they are not trained fully to be honest. 8 weeks in and still receiving emails to resolve a ink mark that is totally recognizable , the story is to long to tell but believe me not professional at all not like your M AND S AND NEXT very disappointed and still not finalized and left with a ink mark which i noticed every day .

Table and chairs delivered on the 24th May, opened first box 1 of 4 and clearly broken part on table base and don't get me started on the level of workmanship or in this case not! Sent online message to return same day - no response, sent another on the 28th May - no response. Rang on the 2nd June twice and failed to get through, emailed on the 3rd June and phoned again today 7th June and held on for 48 minutes and still didn't get through now sent another message but after reading through others reviews on here I shouldn't expect a reply any time so as they have my money £439.00 and they have sent me a broken item and they will not enter into any contact with me I shall have to go to my credit card for recompense. The Range has been a store that I have loved to wander around and pickup items to purchase well that boat has now sunk along with the customer service that I have not received so never again will I be shopping at The Range.

Ordered a garden seat on the 6th April 2021. Still not received it. Delivery dates kept changing due to Suez Canal. Now in their warehouse but they are not responding to customer service. I will never buy from this company again. They take your hard earned money and do not deliver your item

I had to put 1 star should be none! I ordered an item and waited over a month when it arrived it was missing items from the order. I called them to sent me the missing parts they couldn’t, asked for a replacement they couldn’t as it is on pre order said they refund once they collected the item waited 9 days for them to say they would refund now they has received it. Tried to re order and they have put up by £50 contacted customer services TJ who had an appalling attitude and said you have to pay higher price you can’t speak to anyone above me as managers are not customer facing!! Avoid

Terrible customer service. Received my item on 17th May and requested a return number on the same day. Still no response to my online request over three weeks later. Have tried calling multiple times only to be on hold for over 40 minutes with no joy. Finally got through to someone today and was told I would have to be called back but she couldn’t tell me when or how long it would take!! Shocking service and still no resolution over 3 weeks after receiving the item.

Purchased a gazebo on line a week ago, I decided to change my mind the same day took the item back to the store was told they couldn’t except it as it was from one of there partners and I need to complete an online request, which I did no reply, to the request, called customer service on numerous occasions no one picks up the phone called the store no one picks up the phone. And now I will not be able to get a refund as will be out of the 28 days cooling off period, buyer beware. When purchasing large items.

AVOID! This has all the signs of a company going under and trying to steal as much money as it can get. My mother ordered £200+ of items and still has not received anything after 6 weeks. She also paid for express delivery. Customer services told her she has to wait 16 weeks to call back again. Are you kidding me!! If you have any sense go elsewhere

Disgusting customer service! After taking £1000 of my money for a furniture set they've still not delivered 10 weeks after the original delivery date, I'm being told I will 'just have to wait' with no indication of when it will arrive and refusing to refund my monies. Despicable!!

With full determination and on my own experience, I advise against using this shop, I bought a swing for over three hundred pounds, after unpacking one part that is the basis for the whole structure does not fit, the holes do not cooperate and the welds are on the other side, in one word it is shoddy. quality control??? so much money and the goods you receive are defective, I feel cheated because the second week is passing and I have not even received the message what to do next, so customer service does not exist in this store, and the goods they sell seem to be sub-standard and it is not known what else Now I know that when shopping at the range we can expect everything because there is no control there, the swing is in the garage taking a place and the bank account is £ 320 thinner, thieves and legally, before you decide to buy from them, review exactly offers from other stores, because by adding a few pounds you can buy goods elsewhere without being cheated at the same time

Originally sent wrong goods on the 19th of April arranged verbally using the customer service telephone number ,but three times waiting over two hours each time before l got through and via email for collection of the goods on April 20th and May 14th. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 I am entitled to a full refund after 14 days of the agreement to collect it is now May 28th. The Range is in breach of this legal requirement and l feel that l must make a formal complaint both to Trading Standards and the Competitions and Marketing Authority. I requested my full refund before collection only to be ignored .On reading dozens of recent complaints of similar issues this is clearly a daily occurrence therefore a serious breach of U.K law. I also told The Range l will charge £50 a week storage costs until collection . The problems stem from higher management not addressing or even caring about poor customer services and collection/returns. Clearly manning levels need expanding and an entirely new department that is capable of delivering a professional customer service. Which is all feasible as The Ranges owner Chris Dawson is a billionaire.

Ordered two patio sets spent just under two thousand ponds in March. Delivery for June and been advised it is know July after waiting months blaming the Suez Canal blockage back in a March. Two hours to get through to customer care when I did no help given. This is the worst company I have ever used, will never use again. I doubt I will receive the items in July. Oh and still no response from email I sent.

Ordered x 6 photo frames on the 25th April, given 3rd May as delivery. No goods delivered, no email. I could not contact by phone as it was engaged constantly even at 8am opening time. No reply to emails. No help from my local store. No where to go other than to get a refund from my card. Trust has gone with ordering online from the Range.

I ordered garden furniture on the 18th of March, expected delivery today 27th May not had any communication at all, I sent numinous emails asking for an update, went in to my local store who confirmed the 11th of June, finally had an email today 27th May saying my estimated delivery day has now changed to the 1st of July,WHAT blaming it on the Suez Canal, I think this is absolutely shocking service. They shouldn’t take all your money straight away they should take a deposit and you pay the rest a couple of days before delivery. They should have signs in their stores saying delivery’s are 4months behind. Summer will be over by the time I get it. Not happy at all, how can a company like the range keep making ordered on items when they are still not able to go out for delivery, think this whole things is awful and not great customer service.

Our experience today was terrible it was hard to find staff to deal with any of our queries in our two hour visit. One saff member told us a wrong price of a heavy garden item to which we had emptied green slugg out because the product had been there a year, we even questioned the price she gave us as it seemed so cheap, when we went to the till it was a lot more expensive to which she argued the fact that she had said the correct price! Awful customer service from her. We will not shop there again. Not that the big boss will care after his profits from being open during the pandemic 😷 to staff shortages & his greed as we come out of lock down & people are able to shop else where.. we have nothing but prise for the super visor and lady on the till who where clearly overwhelmed & understaffed. Our £200 and something purchase means nothing to the greed of the owner, his staff mean even less to him / lack of staff is disgraceful!!

I would give 0 starts if possible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been trying to resolve an issue for nearly 6 weeks and have spent over 7 hours on hold on the phone to them and waiting days for a reply to emails. The billionaire owner should be ashamed of himself and his company.
