Bought a mirror online (as the last one in store was cracked). Arranged for someone to come and hang it only to find that one corner of the mirrors frame was totally cracked and the mirror was hanging in pieces. Customer service are THE WORST. I have asked for a manager to call me and I been told they won’t call me. Absolutely disgusting service.

We went to Falkirk shop to the cafe upstairs. It was 11.05 we wanted breakfast , but we’re told it stopped at 11am! The two workers stood there while we drank our hot drinks doing nothing. We were the only two people in the whole 25 mins. You would have thought they would have went the extra mile to keep custom going. When I complained the guy said it was company policy .! It might well be in busy times, however it’s not putting money in their till!!! In these hard times I thought they would put policy aside and draw custom in.

Bought a dog toy for my 10 year old lab at Christmas. It lasted less than 20 mins before the back seam split and the stuffing came out. On returning it the customer service assistant spoke to the Manager Ashley who basically said it was the dogs fault. He was too busy to speak to me or call me. The attitude was appalling. I was given a tel no for HQ which is next door to the William Prance store. No options exist to speak to someone. By selecting random options I did speak to someone who deals with on line issues. She confirmed there is no way of complaining directly by phone, but spoke to others and said every store has a support line. The store just cuts you off. In summary Don’t use this store for even basic purchases. The quality is dreadful but the attitude of the management worse. Look at Facebook it’s full of complaints. Dog toys obviously aren’t meant for dogs. Ashley showed total disrespect for a customer and fobbing off seems to be the only response. I’d not even award 1 star if it was possible

A large mirrored picture delivered cracked. It has been discontinued. I want to replace the mirror as I like the art work. The offer of a discount is £10. Or a £12 gift card .poor customer service

Rugby store is the worst shop I have ever been to, You don't know what your going to pay until you get to the till as all the labels are wrong and you usually will end up paying more than what is displayed. I went in there as wanted to return something I was told that the return date had expired although on my receipt it had not when I mentioned this I was told ignore your receipt as the rule has been changed for christmas and you only get 14 days which I would only know if I went to customer service and read it in small print on the board so my receipt which is basically my sort of contract with the range is useless. The time before that I was told by Customer service that I should always go with the date that's on my receipt so I followed this advise but I still can't return it I am baffled with this store as they change the rules every time you go in there. Customer service is non exsistent in there unhelpful and rude. Would be a Zero star but it won't let me do that . AVOID SHOPPING IN THE RANGE

Still waiting for my cabinet. Estimated delivery date 9th December. No one can help when i ring up. Also theres an item in my basket awaiting payment which I did not put there and cant remove it. It was so much easier when i could pick up from store but this particular item they wouldnt let me. After Christmas I shall try speaking to someone again about it, I thought everyone was working from home, where are they all then?. I will never get anything again from this company unless i can personally pick it up.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Totally awful customer service, took weeks and many hours of my life to deal with this useless company. Spent hours on the phone and numerous emails. Finally got all my money back from an order I was never going to receive which I tried to cancel many times then got only partially refunded. Really exhausting and not worth the hassle.!

The worst customer service ever experienced with online ordering. Waited 3 weeks for an advertised 3-4 day delivery timescale to be fulfilled. Additionally was told stock within the order had been allocated so "be assured of your order" only to be emailed advising they were cancelling part of the order. The order was no good if only partially available but the range not interested. So many other retailers have got their online service right but not the range. Avoid

Brought a sofa within four weeks ago Brought a sofa within four weeks ago nothing like the photo on the website poor quality different colour Different fabric already coming away at the stitching and ripped Called customer service and had the phone put down on me. Emailed a number of times with no joy ! Waste customer service EVER. Now wrote to them to see if any joy 🤞 And surprise surprise wrote a review on the range but not been published or approved🤔

Purchased chairs 3 weeks ago delivery got cancelled didn’t even tell me it was arriving 4 days later! Returned the chairs 2 weeks later still waiting for a refund absolutely shocking customer service feel so let down

Ordered Christmas stuff on 1 December and they stated in their website 3 to 5 days. When the items didn’t arrive I contacted by email and then they stated 7 to 10 days from last due date. You can’t get through on the phone and this is the only way to cancel. I am repeatedly getting emails saying last date fir ordering on saver delivery is 20 December, well let me warn you, you will NOT get your delivery before Christmas. This company is run by a bunch of crooks with an automated reply IF you are lucky to get one.

In future I will only order from the Range if we are allowed to pick the item up ourselves. The delivery service is a mess. How did I communicate with the company 'not applicable' as no one answers the phone.

Absolutely unbelievable! Put an order in on 25/11 due to arrive 1/12. Didn’t arrive - customer services response was wait another 7-10 working days. I waited 10 working days, spoke to someone on the phone who said my order would be fulfilled but could take another few days. Just had a message through cancelling 2 of my items as out of stock. Am I getting my order, will I get it before Christmas - who knows. Absolutely despicable customer treatment.

Would give 0 but not possible. Ordered xmas present online on Nov 27th, was supposed to be delivered on Dec 3rd, had no news until I phoned them on Dec 10th and then the parcel was delivered on Dec 14th but the contents were broken. Phoned again to re-order but the product is now out of stock and we're 10 days from Xmas... Uselss

Unexisting customer service. You spend hours over the phone and no kne answers, you can't cancel or discuss products. Awful. I left Robert Days for The Range. Robert Days answerend very promtly even on Sunday, The Range is not answering even in their normal working hours. Very bad. I do not advice. I feel very very sorry for cancelling my order with Robert Days and choosed The Range. HUGE MISTAKE

The worst delivery and return service I ever had. Stuck at home waiting for the collection of the item I want to return and currier never arrived. After almost one month of calls to customer service for an issue I had with the delivery of my item which have missed one piece I am still trying to get everything sorted. Never again!

The bed I ordered was not delivered, a different bed was delivered. Took a day off as delivery is a while day, item should have been picked yesterday to be returned, guess what, no one picked up, so now 2 days taken off work using my holidays. Been waiting over 30 mins to get through to customer services to find out when this bed will be picked up. Bloody awful company. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. Worse company ever. Takes 5 days for them to reply to an email.

Watford range. Ordered a bed,a Blanco wardrobe a 2 Blanco bed side units in july2021 order was taken by Jon who worked In the furniture dept said will with you in 14 days items never came on time tried to ring customer services but was on hold for over 1 hour. Any way went back to Watford store to complain customer service did not want to know and called jon down he said to follow him to his desk he said he had a special number to get thru witch he can not give to customers he sort the problem out. And they came 4 days later. I asked if he could build them he said yes he will get his brother to do and charge a small price which i agreed. At the start of August 2021 I went back to arrange a date and found out jon had a stroke managers refused to give his contact details.
