“Despite being unable to place an order online, spoke to Chris on the phone who was delightful, helpful and a joy to deal with! Tags arrived promptly, a very high standard purchase and will be returning to Stately Hound for further purchases.”

“The collar, lead and tag are amazing, however theyve lost a star due to misleading information on the website, for example you pay £9.99 for next day delivery and it says have this item in one to two days however when it is confirmed via email it can actually be six days unless you email (no reply) or webchat whereby the staff are abit abrupt and use capitals (shouting) sometimes to get point accross. Would probably use as a main place for Rosie's tags, collars and leads especially as she is a rescue dog and pulls on the lead and damages her collars and tags sometimes, just think you should provide clearer and concise information on your shipping turnaround.”

“I was advised a few days after I placed my order that it was out of stock. I was offered an alternative colour which I accepted. I then discovered that another stockist could have supplied the same collar 40% cheaper I advised The Stately Hound and it was ignored. Product arrived, quality was not worth what I paid, I wouldn’t use them again. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but this is the third request they’ve made.”

“The Ox red leather collar looks lovely on my golden Labrador - very good quality and a really deep colour. The gold dog tags look lovely against the collar too and great quality! This is my second purchase from The Stately Hound and I am always pleased with their products and service. The little dog poop bag is really smart too !”

“I sent several different photos of my dog to be printed on keyrings and they all looked amazing, the service was so efficient and they really care about how the quality of the product will turn out depending on the photos I sent, taking the time to message me to check I was happy with everything, they really go above and beyond to make sure I received the best images of our dog.”

“I ordered a blue disc tag for my dog with my choice of words and picture. When it arrived I was super pleased it was even better than I thought, really pretty and I love it. The only reason I never gave a 5 star, thought delivery could have been faster. But DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.****”
