I've placed an order with them that they have taken money from my account for yet they haven't even processed my order, being completely ignored by customer service as won't reply to my emails, chat messages and can't get through on customer service phone line, it was also ment to have been delivered and it's still in progress according to there tracking.

They've gone down the toilet. I've been purchasing entertainer for 6 years but this year they have made changes that have completely wrecked it. They made me buy the UAE bundle (all inclusive) for almost 700 aed!!! I purchased it in October 2021 and unlike previous years your membership starts 12 months from date of purchase. So I've purchased in 2021. My membership starts in 2021 but all my offers not valid until 2022. Does that even make sense??!!! I've literally purchased an app for almost 700 aed that literally does absolutely nothing. What's worse is their customer service. Literally of no use or help. Just send generic replies and provide no solution. I contacted them on numerous occasions for 3 days and I was told someone from their technical team would contact me. Nothing! No one has contacted me. I just want my money back. My advice to all of you. Don't spend a penny buying the app. You won't be able to use a single offer for atleasf 2 months!!! But your membership will start now!!!

Peter Toffs (store manager) and Lynn Jones. Absolute credit to the Keynsham store. Went above and beyond to get me an item that was out of stock in store. They got it from Salisbury !!! Incredible. Very very happy customer. So friendly, Kind and Caring. Thank you so much.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Wanted an iden versio chase, 1/6 chance of chase. Ordered 6, got 6 commons no chase. Other customers got multiple chases in one order and now putting a £10 item on ebay for £60+, 1 parcel got lost, £12 lost in postage. Will never order from them again

Little Tykes car never turned up for my Grandsons 4th birthday, then was lied to, two different stories from them, avoid like the plague

Been to the store in Harlow and have found the sales staff very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable as well and plenty of stock

Terrible Customer Service I have bought a toy for my daughter's birthday. It was supposed to be arrived one day before her birthday. I have contacted them twice via chat as the tracking number they have provided is not working. They said they'd contact warehouse and courier but no reply after a week. Second time they have ended chat session without any resolution, without answering my question. The item is already overdue and I have no idea when I'll receive it.

The Wrost deal you can get the support is very unprofessional After purchasing for 100$ nothing works after 2 weeks The only solution proposed is to delete and reinstall the app A case for fraud is open with my bank service

Encountered an extremely rude and unprofessional staff member at the Luton branch. I suggest Ms. McChesney find a new job where she doesn't have to deal with people because she isn't cut out for it with how rude and shrill she is.

Went to the entertainer toy shop in Lancaster because they had a sale on , and was in the week previous and seen some items for Xmas , only when I went back the sale price was actually £5 dearer on 2 items then the week previous when their was apparently no sale on , when I confronted the manager of the Lancaster entertainer about this she was completely rude told me it was marketing and waffed a pen in my face I ended up leaving the items and spending my £166 on toys in Argos ( and guess what I got the same toys for the original price so I thank her for her rudeness because she actually saved me some pennies ,and my sister too who also put all her toys down I will never shop their again and if your manager had of been a little bit more honest and nice rather than defensive telling me their the best toy shop for pricing ( when I explained that that’s not what I’m asking I’m just asking how they can be in sale when the week before they was £5 less money and not on sale ) if she had not been so defensive and rude I would of just bought them from their to save myself some time . And then she also made other staff members feel uncomfortable and before I had chance to say oh I’ll just have them she Grabbed them from out my hands and put them behind the counter , when I walked out 2 people that were in their said what a rude woman and to think theirs people out of jobs because of lockdown , it really was a disgrace the way I was treated in their think you need to train your manager better and I’m not saying staff because Ishopped their on lots of occasions and the staff are always fine it’s the people you have in authority that have the issues hope in future you can resolve this so it does not happen to anyone else no wonder people buy online I will personally never go their again because of her I would just like to say I am 30 years old and have never wrote a bad review on anyone page so I hope you can see how badly this lady treated me to take the time out to Wright this

I gave 5 stars because of TOMMY POOLEY because he has always been helpful and care about customers worries.Whenever I go there, He helps me as much as I want. He is a great and smart employee and reliable.

The worst company and customer service you can imagine. Paid £200 for my sons birthday gift and the item never delivered I contacted the customer service in numerous times and they are being ignorant. I had to log a dispute with my bank to get my money back

We purchased a Tumble Rocket game for our grand daughter. She hadn’t played the game till we visited her. This game is a budget version of Kerplunk, my advice is buy the original don’t waste your money on this copy. Tumble Rocket, has so many faults, too many sticks which do line with corresponding holes. Not enough holes for straws and when you pour in the marbles they fall straight through. Don’t buy this game.

We bought our sons present on Black Friday allowing plenty of time for delivery before xmas. Unfortunately The Entertainer failed to deliver his gift (a build your own playhouse). Firstly they refused to accept it hadn't been delivered and eventually said it was at a business address (well, who knows where as we dont have one), then second attempt has been misplaced by yodel. Their customer service is poor refusing to accept any responsibility. We have had to buy a different present for xmas right at the last minute from a more reliable toy shop, costing us more than we had wanted to pay but had no choice as our 3 year old would've been very upset that santa forgot him. We will never use The Entertainer again and will be advising others to avoid too. Awful- stay clear.

So , i went in a purchased £235 worth of l.o.l surprise dolls including a £80 lol campervan , plus remote drone , helecopter etc . I cheekily asked if i could have the batteries thrown in - NO was the stern reply , oh well i can get them cheaper elsewhere anyway , so i left , i took my items back to the car and remembered i forgot some children so i dashed back up to the Entertainer and got another £40 worth of toys , so i asked if i can have the carrier bag for free as i just spent over £350 with them - NO was the stern reply (and no you do not have to charge for bags) . HA -YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER

Me & my wife bought our 4 children a car racing set. It cost £30:00. It’s such a bad quality of a product. Cars just don’t stay on the track even at low speed. Controls don’t work that well. Tried to get a refund from the entertainer West Bromwich. All they say is, you have opened it. But they couldn’t tell how l would know if a product was any good without opening it. But they can keep my £30:00 if that’s what they call customer service. We have spent a lot of money their in the past on our children but never again. You will only find out how bad the service their is once you shop their. Please don’t.

I ordered a few toys for Xmas presents, which I had no qualms about until I realised the Entertainer use Hermes for their deliveries. Just over a week after I ordered I got confirmation from Hermes that my parcel had been delivered to my home address and personally signed for by me. I was in Lithuania at the time on holiday. No-one was at home andthere was no-one to sign for it. I phoned my neighbour who confirmed nothing had been left outside the front door. Given that Hermes have a reputation for (a) non-delivery and (b) thieving drivers, I contacted the Entertainer to ask them to find out what had happened. The first response i got from the Entertainer was for me to phone Hermes and find out myself. Maybe I'm being picky, but if I buy something online I believe it's the sellers who are responsible for the delivery being successfully made - not for the customer to do all the donkey work for them. So I complained a bit. Which was good because Customers Services simply said they would re-send the items with Yodel instead - except that not all the items were in stock any more so they part-refunded me. Which is annoying a week before Xmas. Then Customer Services emailed me to say they couldn't use Yodel and they would have to use Hermes again. At least I think that's what they said - their English and grammar was apalling (not sure if it was someone who was a bit thick or had been hitting the sherry after a Xmas lunch....). At least, today, my replacement parcel turned up - from Yodel. So I'm not sure what all that nonsense about having to use Hermes again was all about. UNFORTUNATELY - the parcel had been opened and not resealed. FORTUNATELY - the courier obviously didn't need any of the order for his own kids Xmas presents so it wall all there. So would I use the Entertainer again ? Not bl**dy likely. I was being a cheapskate because the stuff I ordered was on sale. From now on I'm sticking to professionals like Smyths Toys.
