The Warehouse Stocks @ $2.18 that says it all. BlackBerry (lost the cell phone competition and no longer making cell phones) stocks @ $4.60. Time to reconsider the future (or replace the CEO). Still waiting on "Click & Collect" since April 28, 2020.

I would like my order cancelled and my money refunded immediately, just as fast as they took my money. Done an order 28 April 2020, money immediately taken from my account to pay for the goods. STILL WAITING Absolutely shocking service. Totally agree with the previous reviews, waiting time was 5-10 days when I made my order. It has now increased to 10-14 days. Response to my email, they will respond in 3-4 working days. I am currently waiting on the phone to speak with a Warehouse customer service worker, 1 hour and 20 minutes has just passed. Probably get my order next week when we are at level 2. Refund now please, then I can go to K Mart.

Made an online order, 29 April 2020 and was expecting my goods within the time-frame they advised 5-10 days. Today they are saying 10-14 days. Have e-mailed and got a reply they will respond in 3-4 working days. Have now been sitting on the phone for 1 hour 15 mins waiting to advise them to cancel my order and reimburse my money. No point in sending my order now as it is highly likely we will be at level 2 next week and I can go and purchase what I need at K Mart.

click and Collect is taking over 10days not good. Bunnings 24hours. Today Friday 8th may they have a full page add in the paper for click and collect for mothers on the 10th. You nay get it in time for Fathers day

The Warehouse is obviously not ready to compete on a larger scale. Their online "Click & Collect" operation is disappointing to say the least. Eleven days after ordering Click & Collect... still waiting for a reply to pick-up one item I ordered elven days ago.

Absolutely hopeless. The click and collect is a complete scam. They take your money up front, with no mention of delays, and the items being in stock. Then 4 days later you receive an email stating it could take 14 days to process. They are simply padding out their company bank account with your money, and making you wait 2 weeks to get your items, while hiding behind coved-19 excuses. How long does it really take to get 2 spray cans off a shelf and walk to the front of the store !!! Total Scammers

Horrible won’t be going there again! click and collect has already taken 7 days and still no email to confirm a collection time. I tried ringing hotline and it’s a 40 minute wait and Live chat was out of order too so I Had to email them and apparently it will take at least 3 - 5 days to get a email back .... At this rate the courier driver is 3x faster then a click and collect option. And it’s very hard to connect with a real life person I keep getting diverted to electronic services.. feels like a total fobb off from the warehouse!

Hello. I am very disappointed with The Warehouse. I bought a Veon TV some time ago. She had a problem with your audio. I opened a call with TW, who sent a technician to my house that detected the problem. I was then asked to take Television to the Store where I bought it. And I took it very carefully. The problem was not resolved and I was still returned to the television inside a grocery cart with scratched edges. There was not the slightest care with my television. I went to solve a problem, which was not resolvable and came back with another problem. The guarantee that exists is only for beautiful as the problem has not been fixed.

Extremely slow delivery- not even within their own timeframes, and if the item is ever received it's the wrong thing. The customer service is also terrible, so slow you'd think there is only one customer service representative for the entire company. It's hard to believe this company is in New Zealand. I highly recommend ordering with someone else, Kmart, Mighty Ape, even Ali Express is faster and has better customer service.

I rarely do this, but I am honestly peeved. Bought a Klaussner "down" couch (as I was told). Got it today and only the back pillows are down, the rest is foam. Not cool. One of the legs was ill fitting and they are willing to work with me to correct the issue. Looking at the underside of the couch there is no way in heck that this is a $1500 sofa, discounted because they allegedly bought it at a show in Vegas. So tired of people telling tales and selling substandard products of any kind for an unfair price. Had I been informed that it wasn't fully down, I could have at least made a decision on my mine as to whether I was willing to purchase this item.

I went to the counter and the woman refused to serve me as I was paying by EFTPOS and made me go to the self service check out. Then when I was leaving one of the tags on the clothes I was just forced to serve myself with set off the alarm. A nasty man then took me back into the shop and searched my items and then said to me when you get home cut off the tags. All of this could have been avoided if the woman have just served me in the first place. My whole shopping experience was awful start to finish I will be most certainly never go shopping at the warehouse again and I will be encouraging everyone I know to do the same

This place is awful. I ordered a toy from The Warehouse online for my niece for Christmas 2017. The store took the payment, but NEVER sent the product. Fast forward to July 2018, they have still never sent the toy, have never refunded my money, and have not responded to may last couple of emails. I live abroad so it's not easy to get in touch with them in other ways. Terrible. They are off my list of places to shop in NZ.
