I've ordered from Thomann 3 Times and all 3 times my expectations were exceeded. Since my orders are international (I reside in the United States) I'm comforted by the almost immediate order confirmation, details, etc. I will be doing All of my online guitar purchases from Thomann exclusively.

I'm delighted that I bought this guitar quickly before it ran out of stock, especially after watching Max's video. This guitar is absolutely the finest I've possessed, and its playability is truly remarkable. I used it for a gig with my band over the weekend, and it performed flawlessly, drawing the spotlight and garnering compliments from a few friends. I even gave it the name "The Green Manalishi." I'm more than content and genuinely adore my new guitar.

My local music store sold me the first one several years ago. The design of the instrument is striking. Love the black white keys and green yellow red black keys. I cannot say enough about my ST-62 Vintage Series Guitar which arrived today, after only 4 or 5 days in route from Germany! Like the other two Harley Bentons I have recently purchased from you, this guitar came out of the box ready to play! Because of the hot weather here, I'm glad someone wisely tuned it down a half step. I tuned up, and started playing straight-away. It sounds the way I remember the Vintage ST guitars I grew up with in the 60s. I only stopped playing just to tell you how amazed I am again at the sound and quality of your guitars. My break-in song today was Led Zeppelin, "When the Levee Breaks." It sounds like it did back in The Day. Again, I thank all of you there at Thomann. You folks have the Mo-Jo. Excellent work! RC

Recently purchased a Harley Benton Nashville from Thomann after doing my research. I will admit that I was worried about buying a guitar from the other side of the world. But the sales staff was explanatory and ensured that if damages occurred that the items were insured. Happy to have received my guitar super fast and in great shape! Thank you so much! Bad customer service. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but something seems to have changed, as now their customer service is very bad and their advertised warranty is worthless. From now on I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

I wanted a particular soft case for electric drum pad kit. I could only find it online at Thomson. Purchasing online and subsequent shipping was flawless. I received immediate email confirmation and several follow up shipment status notifications. The product arrived at my home within a week. Oh, and I live in Las Vegas 🎲🎰! Shipping costs were twice as much as the product 😊 but it’s what I wanted & I could only find it through Thomann Great product Great service Thanks much

I've spent years searching for BM-75 Trans Red Deluxe and I was knocked out when I explored the Harley Benton website and found one! The guitar was set up perfectly and arrived in no time. It plays like a dream and when I brought it out to a band practice my band mates said: "Holy Cow! Did you build that on your own? Where did you get that from?" Kudos to Harley Benton for providing a host of instruments that will make guitarists worldwide appreciate what their team has put together. I am so impressed with the Trans Red Deluxe I am a brand loyal customer. There is simply no point in visiting into a retail store or ordering online from any other source that Thomann. The recorder I ordered a few days ago just arrived today. I knew the recorder, a Mollenhauer 4119 Dream, would be great because I already purchased one for me along with the alto Dream from you. This one was for my son, a high school teacher. However, I wanted to let you know that your service is fantastic, faster than a domestic vendor that I have also used in the past, your communication with the buyer is better, and your prices are competitive. I recently purchased a Harley Benton 612 12 string guitar from Thomann Music. My purchase was seamless and the guitar arrived ahead of schedule. Packing was good and the guitar arrived with no issues. I love this guitar. The look is Classic.... It has all of those Beatles/Byrds chimes that we all love. The fit and finish on this instrument is excellent. And to my liking, this guitar actually plays better than it's Big Brother. The width at the nut makes it very easy to play, unlike many 12 strings that.are on the market today. Give this one a try. You won't be disappointed. I place this guitar in the top 3 along with Danelectro and Reverend for best playable 12 string electric guitars. Thank you Thomann for your Prompt and Professional service. I live in the US and purchased a MarkBass 802 n300. For whatever reason they are next to impossible to find here. Not only was the add clear about the unit being hardwired for 220v but they reached out to confirm with me before finalizing the deal. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Thomann, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts and frustrations. As a customer, I had high expectations from such a renowned company, but unfortunately, my encounter with Thomann fell far short of those expectations. First and foremost, I was misinformed about the availability and delivery time of a specific model I had ordered. I patiently waited for 3-4 weeks, as mentioned during the order placement, only to be informed later that there would be an additional 3-month delay. This prolonged waiting period caused me significant inconvenience, especially since the unavailability of the model meant I missed out on purchasing it from other retailers. What disappointed me even more was the lack of empathy and poor quality of customer service provided by Thomann. The only solution offered was a refund, which seemed insufficient given the level of inconvenience I had experienced. It felt as though Thomann didn't truly care about its customers and their needs. Moreover, the customer service representatives I interacted with seemed disinterested in processing my complaint and simply directed me to write emails instead. Throughout this entire ordeal, I was required to take the initiative to file complaints and write emails, even when discussing the issue over the phone with Thomann's customer care representatives. This lack of proactive action from Thomann's side added to my frustration and reinforced the feeling that they were not genuinely concerned about their clients. I strongly believe that a company of Thomann's stature should strive to provide exemplary customer service and go above and beyond to rectify such situations. In my case, the ideal and expected solution would have been for Thomann to take immediate action by locating the desired model at other retailers and facilitating its acquisition on my behalf. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a diminished trust in Thomann and its ability to meet customer expectations. I will be escalating this matter further by reaching out to the producer and public figure associated with the signature model. I sincerely hope that Thomann takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates its customer service practices to prevent other customers from facing similar disappointments. In conclusion, my encounter with Thomann has been nothing short of unacceptable. The extended delay, lack of empathy, and insufficient resolution have tarnished my perception of the company. As a customer, I expected more, and Thomann failed to deliver on those expectations.

I don't know what has happened to them. They used to be cool. The last time I used them they send me a damaged guitar, then they got it back and vanished. Both the chat and phone were rude, the kind you find with poorly paid telephone centres. Both the chat and phone tried to make me upset and then call me aggressive, a tactic used by many phone centres to end the call as they are underpaid and have lot of calls to answer, preferring the ones that they make sales and not the ones they need to issue refunds or file disputes. Now I am disputing with my bank as they play the "we don't have it yet, the tracking is not correct". Avoid. You have been warned.
