“These guys are a joke. I have purchased from them over the years because they were the only cheap game in town. Fortunately, there are now a few much more reputable internet cigar sellers. From the beginning, their product was unpredictable. have gotten some that were too wet, too dry or just poorly make. this last time i ordered two packs of on rafrael fumas for $90. They arrived too moist. tried for a while to dry them out but no luck. Then realized i missed the 30 day return window. So, might as welll have spent the money on a prostitute! these should never have gotten out the door. In their greed they lost a customer forever. I will NEVER buy from them again. My bad for thinking they had gotten better. Heed the bad reviews and go with Cigars international or Holts. way better quality.”

“These freaks randomly sent a box of cigars to my house, unsolicited. I mean... they wrote my name and address on the box and everything, so I know it wasn't just mis-delivered. WTF is up with that? Nobody in my house smokes, nor ever has. I get enough junk mail in my mailbox. Do I really need to defend myself against special delivery junk mail now? Who DOES that? Seriously, WTF people?”

“If I could give half or no star, I would. Ordered over a month ago and they have not shipped or even processed the order. However, they have already charged my card..... TWICE!!! For the same order. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charges... STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS”

“I placed an order that was a gift when I received I sent it immediately to PR without checking it wasn't my first time using this company when they opened the box were the wrong items. They sent me 3 products double so I called and complained and all the different options that I was offered benefit the company not the consumer so I lost $240.00. Really poor customer service and the guy was talking to me like I was trying to still the cigars.”

“shipping was slow and they were to send it out again on next day delivery and never showed, told would be next day, never showed. cancelled my order after almost 30 days of waiting. i dont think they sent out either order but charged mycredit card like they did. dont buy from them”

“Bad experience. Ordered cigars and they do not do refunds so they will keep my money for 4 months b4 availability of the cigar or refund ? Idk Buy elsewhere don't trust these people Overseas they'll promis you everything but no delivery. Be aware of no refunds and 4 months of keeping your money. Do not buy from them. Please look what they did to me with this. No cigar no money. I'm out almost a 100 dollars. Do not trust and believe anything they say.”

“The worst cigar company out ever since they changed ownership. I ordered some cigars, come to find out they were on back order. I canceled the order, and I’m going on my fourth week waiting for my refund check. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s of Colorado about their policy. I have quit doing business with them as well.”

“I too, have found they have charged me $14.95 for 5 months. I did not authorize this charge. Looks like they have a scam going. Talk to someone with a heavy accent for a long while. Says he will issue credit. i’ll see.Looks like they lost a good customer.”

“They lie! Their website says you will get 25% discount ( only good for the next 2 days- no pressure) Then they give you a price -( only good for the next 9.5 minutes - no pressure) Then at check out they do NOT give you the 25% discount as promised. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE TO EVEN BE IN BUSINESS. GUESS HOW GOOD I FEEL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“I ordered a reasonably priced sampler from Thompson Cigar in September, paid with PayPal (which was an option), and contacted customer service by email when I didn't receive my order a month later. They responded and said they'd start a claim process, as well as send me a replacement order for the one I didn't receive. All I had to do is verify my shipping address, which I did. Almost another month went by, and still nothing. I called customer service by phone, and the lady I talked to said that my order was actually canceled at the end of September due to an issue with PayPal. I checked my PayPal and it said that the transaction was pending until Thompson Cigar completes the order, so it was on their end. Her solution? Place the order again and pay over the phone. No. I thanked her for her time and we ended the conversation there. I waited two months for something that they were supposed to fix on their end, and then I had to go through the entire process again? I will not be doing any business with this company if this is the level of handling they devote to anyone, let alone first time buyers. One of the issues I was advised of during my first email contact was that there might have been a problem with the shipping address, which is BS because they sure managed somehow to deliver a catalog to me while I was waiting for my order. I'm going back to Cigars International for all my purchasing from now on.”

“So ordered online to get this package deal with cutter and case. Waited 1 months with sorry we are out and trying to get more... waited another month same thing. Now the 3rd month still nothing. I feel like they just took my information and practically stole it. Canceled the order and they didn't care. If you want cigars I would not recommend them.”

“The products have been okay. The grief i have is with gift of a magazine subscription during checkout. I have tried repeatedly to cancel two accidentally gift subscriptions with no success. I call end have emailed bperx countless times and I feel cheated by Thompson Cigar.”
