Hidden fees NOT disclosed until you hit the Pay button. They charge a $15. fee and then another fee which is actually the merchant fees passed on to us! Then on top of that they DON'T offer a discount to the local residents. Then you must sign into or download their app to get the tickets you purchased as they DON'T email them to your email!!! Of course the website "states" they will email you the purchase details but it has been 10 minutes since I purchased and still haven't received it. Thank God I printed out the screen showing my purchase! WILL NOT be using this site again!!

I am disappointed in how expensive and complicated the Ticketmaster system is. Service fees added a third to the cost of tickets. I could understand service fees if human beings were involved, but the entire system is automated and difficult to navigate. What should be ten minute process took me over an hour. Why can't I download and print tickets? Why so many passwords and codes to enter? The system assumes everyone has a cell phone with an app, and my older friends do not, making sharing tickets with them very challenging. Then there are so many offers to jump through; I feel like I've paid money for companies to market to me. The whole process feels humiliating and manipulative. Ticketmaster, you can do a lot better than this.

Awful company. Id rather stand in line in freezing rain than use their services.

There is no phone number to customer service. The chat communication is a joke. "We will get back to you within 4 hours" Really? My tickets have not come in the mail and I can't get anyone to resolve ANYTHING.

The new ticket system is ridiculous. I would give it 0 starts if I could. Ticketmaster was used this past week for a local dance recital in Ontario. One family member purchased the tickets and tried to transfer them to 4 devices so that we could arrive independently. We could access the transfer, but not the actual tickets with the changing bar code. Screenshots are no longer useful and you can't print anything. This is unbelievable. What if your phone dies or there is a power outage (as happened to us on the same day). There has to be a hard copy backup. Many had the same issue. For seniors (our parents) this was a nightmare and not everyone has a device. This is a serious problem. We couldn't access the tickets at all, couldn't print them either and when we got to the show, the customer service desk at the theatre appeared overwhelmed and had nothing to offer. Concerned about the fact that we couldn't access the ticket (and we had had a power outage all afternoon preventing us from trouble shooting in advance), we brought a print out of our ticket order number (as advised on the ticketmaster website). This did not work. We stood there for 15min until security took pity on us and believed that our tickets were legit. My parents (in their 80's) did not need this kind of hassle. Worse experience ever with tickets. Boo!

They charge you outlandish fees. Then if you need to sell them, they make it to where you can not get the sold. they have a proprietary ticket format that you can not sell on ticket reseller sights. they tell you the minimum price you can resell is and its the regular price. So how am I going to get them sold if I can not fire sell them. Then they charge you seller fee AGAIN to resell them. This should be illegal.

I booked a venue with Ticketmaster to see a show in Orange County CA. I was sent an email stating that the tickets would be sent to me before the show date. I received the email about a week before the show and took a couple of days to get to it. I had to click on a link that didn't work at first. Then, it went through and told me I had to create an account. It was telling me I already had an account when I had never registered with them before. I had to send 3 emails to get an answer and it was a generic welcome email. Two days before the show I sent another email and this one was answered but it was a bunch of non- helpful hints. They also have a customer service phone number listed on their site that is disconnected. I ended up missing the show because I couldn't get the tickets from Ticketmaster. When I contacted them they said they had already sent me the tickets in the initial email (which is a lie) and since I had received them they wouldn't refund my money. Stay away from TicketDisaster! They will rip you off and then justify it in some way. The next time I buy tickets for a show, I will not use TicketDisaster.

Crappy site won't let me log in, stuck in limbo "Pardon The Interruption". This is a pathetic company and one of the main reason I don't go to events. Friend gifted me tickets and now they are worthless. TO HELL WITH TICKETMASTER! Pearl Jam is correct.

I got extremely negative experience with the Finnish branch of this company. In September, 2022 I bought online a ticket for the Cure concert in Helsinki scheduled for October 8, if I remember right. In the end of September Finland restricted (in fact, closed its border) travelling for Russian citizens. I had to cancel my trip and asked for refund due to force majeure circumstances. I was refused with an explanation "we can not make a refund until Russia is under sanctions". I tried to explain for a few months that neither I, nor my banks were under sanctions, and asked a few times to provide viable legal grounds for their refusal. No result, just fruitless waste of time for communication with them. Effectively, these guys have stolen my money. They are crooks. Be careful with them.

Kept me waiting for a refund for 30 days then on the day said no, I spoke to them every 4 to 5 days with them saying we will be in touch which ended up giving me no time to resell or even give them away

I hate Ticketmaster. I placed and order and they charged me 66.00 when the charge should have been 20.00. I have attempted to chat with their customer service which is non existent. I will let the Rodeo folks know what a scam ticket master is since I can not get ahold of anyone who is able to help me get my money back.

The taxes that Ticketmaster adds to a ticket price are absolutely ridiculous. Two $23 tickets plus fees is $69 - a 50% upcharge from the advertised price. Worst is that if you want tickets to an event, you have no choices. There really should be some laws created regulating this practice.

We had tickets for a concert at the beginning of December 2022. The concert was postponed until November 2023. As this was a Christmas present for my disabled son we asked for a refund, which ticketmaster offered. Now six weeks later, I still have no refund, or even an explanation after several attempts at trying to get hold of someone to speak to. Disgusting that they take our money, and then think it is ok for it to sit in their bank rather than repay us.

We bought our boss a gift for Christmas for an event that the venue requires a parking pass. However, when we went to transfer the tickets, only the event tickets could be transferred but not the parking pass. All Ticketmaster could tell us is that it was the venue's discretion and the venue was not offering refunds.

Put my ticket up for resale on the 7th December. Ticketmaster confirmed instantly emailing stating my ticket is up for resale. On their website for this concert in Newcastle on the 17th December my ticket is not listed for resale. I have contacted customer service and have had a response from Matthew who says he 'understands my frustration and is escalating the issue'. This was four days ago and despite me sending a daily reminder with photographic proof that Ticketmaster state ticket is for resale and that it is not listed, I haven't had a response. Ticket cost £457 front row. They clearly don't care and their fan to fan ticket exchange on this occasion is worse than useless.

The most unhelpful customer service ever. Didn’t answer the question, didn’t offer any help or solution. No phone number where you can actually talk to a real person. Scam company.
