As a basic bank account holder, there is no phone number to contact them, and no chat option. I would avoid setting up accounts with this company as it’s not the first issue and the fact you can’t even call especially in an emergency. A support line is necessarily when it’s not a branch bank you can just walk into to get help when needed to access your own funds .”

They suddenly froze my account without any good reason. They asked for funds coming in and going out which were all to UK registered businesses. This information can easily be seen on Companies House as well. It's been a week that I am stuck with no access to my business funds where I have my suppliers to pay, the HMRC to pay (already penalised) and day to day expenses. They don't connect me to the relevant department despite paying for such service.
Very very frustrating and I haven't slept for 5 days now but their customer service don't even bother to respond.
