“I ordered from these as they specified next working day delivery. I ordered Wednesday evening but due to the time I expected to get it Friday. They messaged to say delivery failure due to address issue, (they hadn't put my full details on the delivery tickets or given the driver my phone number). When I enquired when the delivery would be and confirmed they had my details, they still said later on the Friday. It didn't turn up. Eventually it turned up on Monday after ordering on the previous Wednesday. The driver said he phoned the office on the Friday but no one phoned me. The fact that there was a mistake then lied about it would still be delivered really screwed up the planned work. Don't believe a word that they tell you and don't order unless you have several days before you need the products.”

“Couldn't ask for more. I dropped them a note on Thur just to confirm everything I required was in stock, as needed for a tight turnaround on the next day (Friday). They confirmed, I placed my order around noon, everything was with me by the AM the next day, and at the best price I could find for Maxi S1 adhesive. (Some outlets wanted nearly double which is madness) Always a bit nervous trying a new supplier, but I'll be using them again.”

“Very poor customer service! Before I placed my order, I gave them a call to check about the items that I needed and to check about the delivery charges as they advertise free above £150 on their Web page. I was advised to order by phone to avoid this charge the lady tried to help but even she didn't manage to put the order through for me. The strange thing is that she couldn't match the same prices as the company website shows, and tried to give a an approximate price!!! Off course I wouldn't accept as the company shows one price online and try to charge by the phone an higher price!!! I told her just give me a code for free delivery and I'll put the order online, like other companies haven done, but unfortunately no success as I was advised by the lady to place the order online for the reason that she couldn't come with the same prices after a long conversation over the phone, I just placed the order online and sent an email about the delivery charges to be reimbursed. To my surprise I just received an email after couple hours of placing the order without any cordiality to say they can't fulfill my refund request of delivery charges. Desapointed and deflated do deal with this company...”
