“Used cutting machine in B& Q Greenwich. Took my money for 3 keys. screened preparing key blank, then screened can't cut your keys. Called customer services, who said can't help & must email the issue. Emailed. Got a recept for the purchase, nothing else. Not automated response saying will deal with the issue. Terrible service. I will never use Timpson again.”

“Only wanted some trousers pressed. 4pm Thursday the 23rd of January. Was told ready next day I would receive a text . No text by 4pm Friday the 24th so I called in to the store which was morisons foss island. Not done . Was told would be definitely be done on Saturday I would get a text. No text so yet again whent back to the store after some time eventually found . This company is a joke on Thursday 3 staff members all playing on their phones. Will not be using Timson again”

“I would not leave a pair of socks in this place, absolutely disgusting left a Mac in there and they told me the stains were stubborn brought the Mac home and with a damp micro fibre cloth give them a slight rub and of come the stains. Their service is appalling I suggest they go on Customer Service Training £16 might as well trough it in the bin or left my wallet and told them to help theirselves and they had the cheek to tell me they would give me vouchers and take it back to THEM DO ME A FAVOUR”

“Wanted a new battery for my Honda car key and went to Timpsons in Fleetwood, Lancs at the local ASDA..Price was £15.00 ( for a small watch type battery ) which I thought was a bit steep..Wife had her key battery changed today at a local ironmonger ( same car )..£2.50!!...Absolute robbers..Avoid!!”

“Appalling service. Damage customer items, then try to weasel out of taking ownership of the problem. Constantly claim someone will contact you and then doesn’t. Clearly out of their depth but avoid at all costs until they sort out their staffing problems. The convenience will soon be over shadowed by the service.”

“Visited Timpsons Tavern Street in Ipswich town today, absolutely disgusting customer service from the man working there, he was so rude and obnoxious to us, tried telling me he knew best with regards to how tight my watch should be on my wrist. I don't know where he received his customer service training but he clearly needs some more. Don't waste your time going there, go to the other one in The Walk instead.”

“Poor service... BE WARNED Took my watch to Timpsons at Asda, Luton for whay should have been a simple battery replacement. After selecting the £24.99 lifetime guarantee option, the watch was returned to me broken! Three weeks on and my watch is still at Timpsons "watch repair" workshop...”

“Hinckley Sainsbury’s boot zip repair told 7 days called after 10 to be told 28 days I wouldn’t have bothered knowing this prior. Poor service from the chap on the phone “ what do you want me to about it” he was unprofessional and when I questioned the difference between 7 & 28 days he turned rather unfriendly as if it was my fault for the error!! Surely you receive the same training and know the difference between 7 and 28 I’m hoping to get my boots back and will never use Timpson again absolutely diabolical service & poor customer service.”

“Left Devastated ........ Took my evening wedding dress in to be dry cleaned, Garment was labeled as delicate dry clean only, Signed the waiver that stated some beading can come loose during the dry cleaning process, this was to be expected due to the nature of the dress however what was returned to me was devastating the dress was destroyed, a knotted tangled mess, apparently it didn't withstand the process, Found that odd they fact it was dry cleaned once before with zero damage, Plus they steps they said they take to carry out the dry clean to consist with the extent or the nature of the damaged total lies, lots of back and forward, passing the buck etc even returning the dress to their tech department all a waste of time, a £500 dress that held sentimental memories destroyed non repairable and they offered me a £17 refund as a gesture of good will. Would not reccomened at all”

“Took a pair of shoes and a pair of boots to Timpson's booth at Morrisons Aberystwyth to be resoled and heeled. Soles didn't fit properly and were peeling off. Heel caps were not shaped to match the heels but were left with flat facets around them. Really the worst shoe repairs I have ever seen. I did get a refund as the man working in the booth agreed the work was terrible. What a bunch of cowboys.”

“Terrible , took in 2 x Kooples, suits for first dry clean , worth over £2k, both came back with holes on the back of the jackets and trousers, discoloured buttons, totally ruined and fit for the bin now. Never again, i trusted Timpson as a big name and expected them to take the care and attention required when dry cleaning. Labels on the suits both stated the temperature required and what type of chemicals for dry cleaning, absolutely no excuse for not protecting the buttons either, this is standard stuff. I am now left with 2 less suits and a bill to replace for over 2k in todays prices for luxury suits. Absolutely disgusting service with no responsibility for damage from the Malvern branch in Morrisions WR2. Staff bundle and throw your suits into a pile without respect, and this lack of respect and care also continued to the actual dry cleaning process clearly.”

“Have waited 2 weeks for trousers to be dry cleaned. At time of leaving them at Timpsons, Sainsbury’s, Hadleigh Road, Ipswich I was told it would take 1 week. Now I have tried them on I find a double crease, front and back where one crease should be. Sloppy work, no interest in doing a proper job. Very disappointed.”

“Took a pair of boots to Timpsons at Sainsbury's Burpham for heel and sole replacement. I was quoted £39.99! When I asked how much for just the heels it was £29.99. Being logical (I thought) I said I would just have the soles done as surely they would be £10. Nope, also £29.99. Frankly, the guy serving was totally disinterested, didn't look at me had no interest whatsoever. Having used this kiosk in the past for re-heeling and key cutting I was pretty disgusted after my last visit.”
