“I had trouble getting information on where my package was. Ordered in November to be delivered before Thanksgiving. Never showed up and I emailed them but they just asked I be patient and they will get back with me. After a couple more inquiries I asked for a call but they stated they are in Australia but asked what I needed. I needed to know what was going on, where is my package and what can be done to fix this. I was finally told from someone I was not even in contact with that there was some kind of mix up and they had to remake and send a new product out and it should be there by Christmas. I had to email again to get a tracking number. I just like to be informed when things are messed up and I believe no one really knew exactly what was going on. I understand things happen but please be more informative or responsive. I waited a week with no additional contact and had to reach out once again. The gift was received before Christmas and in good condition.”

“Horrible! I still have not received my order. I inquired about the delivery date and someone responded that the delivery was delayed and gave me a new delivery date range. (By the way, the labels were closer to me and were sent halfway across the country in the opposite direction.) When the second delivery date came and went with no delivery I emailed again and got NO response. I am planning on claiming fraud with my credit card tomorrow as I've neither received the labels nor a response from customer service. Horrible! Wish I could give this experience no stars.”

“I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the photo magnets I purchased. They are extremely thin. These magnets are purely decorative. They are unable to even hold one piece of paper.”

“Honestly, I was very upset with the product I received from Tinyme. The magnets were small, very flimsy, cut crooked and parts of pictures were cut out. I am never one to email customer service to complain, but I felt like it was a huge waste of money. I am giving the company 5 stars however because of the customer service I received once I emailed customer service. I worked with Ionela and she was very polite, compassionate and knowledgeable. She offered multiple ways to resolve the issue and we ultimately decided on a refund. Because of her nice tone and promptness in responding, I do plan to use Tinyme at some point in the future.”

“I take my 3 grandsons (ages 2, 3 and 4) to the library on a regular basis. I ordered the library bags because carrying the books in my bag just got to be too heavy! The bags just arrived. I love them! The canvas is top quality and the straps large enough so they can tote the bags over their shoulders. The custom patch is actually printed on, so it should hold up better than a sewn-on patch. I can't wait to give them to them at Christmas and then start using them!”

“I'm still waiting on my purchase but after my package was lost in the mail, I reached out to Tinyme. The customer service representative was attentive and kind as she researched into the package and post office. I have a new order that I'm excited to receive! Thanks for all your help and time! I will definitely recommend this company to others and order again!”

“I'm very disappointed in the service. I have not received my order which was suppose to arrive over a week ago and no updates on the order have been provided. When I have tried to contact tinyme.com I have not been able to reach anyone and have not received any communication from the company. Want my money back.”
