“Dear Sir or Madam: I received the 60" Finishing Mower. However, the holes for the wheels (all 4) are not drilled large enough to install the wheels. “I have the heavy duty pallet forks with hay spears and steps to get into equipment. So far I have about 2.6 hours of use getting 8 skids of wood pellets and 1 round hay bale moved so far. When using the forks which I believe are 60 inches long, I used them to move the wood pellet skids around, while moving the first skid to get lined up to remove from the trailer I was having a tricky time lining both forks up. Upon looking at it in more detail figured out the metal bar that holds the forks on the right side bent out causing the forks to be uneven. I noticed this during our first use, had to use a 3 pound hammer to get the fork to move off of the bent location just to see what was going on. I am glad that it did not bend the rest of the way forward while we were moving wood pellets, since that could have been fatal and they could have fallen on one of us while we were getting them off the trailer. I really need to get back part replaced it said it was rated for 5k, but the wood pellets are only 2k plus the weight of the skid which is about 77 pounds. It makes me wonder if the the steel was just softer or the tensile strength where the pressure of the forks was at the right side is weak from the factory. My tractor is designed to lift 4k pounds so it should be good with the unit as well. It's a Rual King 55 unit with backhoe and front loader. Please help us get this part replaced with a safe unit.”

“What I disliked was waiting nearly three months for a basic repair part that kept my mower out of service. Had this happened in the middle of summer I would not be nearly as patient. Surely you can keep a supply of flail hammers in stock.”

“Wrong product, no response. I ordered a pair of 24” C1 spears with sleeves, it came with C2 sleeves, I had received an email that said to “reply to this email with any questions or concerns” I replied to the email last Saturday stating my concern and have heard nothing back until now when I received an email for a review”

“when it arrived the tube that covers the hyd lines has been welded in the middle like a hole was in the tube and they tried to fill it in looks like a 10year old welded it sent pictures to my sales man alex but i guess once he got my money he did care cause he never got back with me when u buy some new you expect it to look new not patched like it was used”

“Not easy to navigate as a new person to this. I ordered the quick hitch and the 3 point hitch did wick hitch compatible but it's not and the bushing kit is whack to. Probably wouldn't order again”

“Order shipped quickly. BUT…. Fork extensions were delivered in an open box, damaged, and missing paint. The refund that was available wouldn’t even cover a can of paint to fix the defects. Will not be doing business with, or referring anyone to titan.”

“Free shipping doesn’t mean 75 for handling. Handling is shipping. Plus it was dropped off in the road in a blizzard and after working all day came home and had to deal with that in the dark in n a blizzard. The weather isn’t your problem,but 75 dollar free shipping is. At least I know now.”

“The angle iron frame holding the plow dump was bent badly. Should put item on a pallet so that a forklift can unload it off the truck.,It was a total pain to get it off the FedEx truck.The screw that snugs up against the forks had badly damaged threads.”

“This order was a simple 2 bolt, 2 nut and 4 washer follow-up based on a few missing parts from a recent delivery of a wood chipper. I spoke with service and identified the exact needs from the partnumber list in the Titan manual. Service said 'got it". Well, the wrong parts were shipped. The 2 nuts were right but both bolts were too short and unbelievably the 4 washers that went on them were about 5 sizes to big. The small bolt heads slide through the holes in the washers. So 6 of 8 parts were wrong. Wake up.”

“The item contained a plastic knob and screw assembly that was broken upon arrival. I was told you do not have a replacement.. that I would need to locate one. Box was not damaged. Looked like it was shipped from warehouse broken. I have not located one yet. Poor customer service on this item.”

“It was my fault for not searching out your definition of "Scratch and Dent”. The item was promptly shipped but the torn box was generously re-taped with part of the item sticking out. I have no idea at what point in its trip, the package was re-taped (See attached photo). It was indeed showing "Scratch and Dent”, although its function does not seem to be impaired. According to your description of the item in your catalog, it came partly disassembled and hardware was indeed missing including the arms that allow it to attach to the 3 pt hitch. I should have requested a photo of it before choosing it.”

“I had to go to a FedEx warehouse to pick up the shipment. They called me and said it was too heavy for them. Use a different company that can actually DELIVER your product. Other than that it's fine.”
