“I ordered a frame and pallet forks from Titan. I called Titan to make sure it was a fit for my loader. The lady did some checking and told me it would fit. I received it,but it wasn't even close. So, I returned it and now am waiting on my full refund .Thanks”

“The product looks fine (haven't had a chance to use it yet). Do feel like I kinda got screwed over though ...... It hadn;t even been delivered yet and you posted that the sale price was about a hundred dollars cheaper than what you had just charged ne for mine. NOT a good policy to keep customers coming back ......... IMO”

“I ONLY GOT PART OF MY ORDER.I ASKED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND ALL I GOT WAS A CAN RESPONSE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD AN ORDER DELAYED FOR THE SAME REASON I CAN'T READ THE LABEL. WELL, WHY CAN'T YOU USE SEVERAL LABELS?”

“Have not got to use the attachment yet. Paid extra for secured delivery. Turned out to be a waste of money delivered to the road while I was at work and refused to bring it into the yard. My wife does not like to use my tractor so stayed there until I got home”

“Order got lost by trucking company. Titan customer service not very helpful, call center is in India and all they can do is 'write a ticket'. Very frustrating dealing with them. Almost no follow-up, they just said wait longer. Fortunately trucking company was very helpful and genuinely cared about the customer. Finally they found it and delivered it. Have not been able to use land plane yet because ground is frozen now and covered with 16" of snow. Will have to wait until spring to use it. Visually it looks fairly well made.”

“Packaging was inadequate. All four corners of the frame, and the receiver, punched through the corrugated cardboard box. More layers of cardboard at these points would have made a difference. I had the same experience with the last attachment I got from Titan. Lots of scrapes on the exposed parts, mostly cosmetic. Still, this is not rocket science. Other companies certainly do better. That said, the attachment was otherwise undamaged. It appears it will meet my needs. Reading posts on the Green Tractor Talk forum, your company's reputation suffers greatly from the underperformance of the shipping department. My experience is by no means unique. You could benefit by a bit more attention to how you ship your products.”

“Trying to purchase and receive a product was a chore. It only wanted to finance the purchase when trying to get pieces on-line. We ended up having to call to get things done. AFTER the purchase, shipping was a nightmare. A piece was lost though marked as delivered. They finally found the missing piece after several times on the phone. It had never left the distributer. Now we're waiting for it to show up currently. I wass hoping is would stay lost and we got refunded our money so I could shop somewhere else that would have less drama. We wanted an appointment for when the truck was delivering the peice that was missing. No call, nothing. I happened to look out a window we normally have closed especially when it's cold and raining. Way down at the end of the drive I see some orange. Over 600 feet away from our parking area, I see the item. I was doing something else and not prepared for the delivery that was stealth apparently. What a pain! The trucking company was givinen instruction that they ignored. We won't do this again.”

“The quality of the attachments seems decent for the price, however, the quality of the descriptions is lacking… I purchased two attachments for a Kubota Bx-23s (a very small but capable tractor), and though the description of each implement was for a “sub-compact”, tractor… the implements sent are far from designed for a sub-compact. Beware that Titan implements are not well suited for sub-compact tractors.”

“I have to say you guys did great, but the shipping company damaged my pallet frame. In the grand scheme it would have more of a hassle to send it back. It is functional, just not pretty.”

“I place the order. The attachment was on back order, I get that no big deal. I received the send part of my order and all of the paint on one end is rubbed off. I didn’t prefer this from scratch and dent.”
