The delivery on my order was great ! However the forks my husband ordered are still not here and they were ordered the same day !! It was shipped in three separate shipments got the back plate and only one fork !

Pallet Forks arrived late and damaged, haven't had time to assess the product usage do to bad weather

Did not fit, when I questioned Titan or asked for some sort of reimbursement because some work would have to be done for these to fit, even though they were supposed to fit. I was told no on ever request. And since they said there was no defect. I would have to pay to ship back and a 20% restock fee. Also when they send you email telling you it has shipped, it's not true. Trust me it will be late after you get the first email telling you it was shipped. Has happened to me one to many times.

I was charged for expedited shipping but received my order a day later than free shipping would have taken. Customer service was terrible. Just a "Sorry for the inconvenience" email.

I ordered mini skid steer flail mower it went on sale before I even received it and couldn't get the difference refunded by they told me if I returned it they would charge me $450

No mounting hardware was included. Tried calling customer service. Gave up after waiting forty-five minutes. Bottom mounting pins are very difficult to find on line. Should haven't just bought the John Deere hitch.

The bolts to tighten the stabilizing bar tonthe forks were all over-tightened and then painted over so that I have yet to be sble to loosen them. Otherwise, the forks are good.

Quality control was certainly lacking on my John Deere-style fork attachment. The top mounting hook was welded on crooked, meaning the entire attachment sits about 1/4 inch too high for the lower mounting pin to properly fit into the tractor's mount. Which means I am going to have to grind 1/4 inch off the lower mounting pin in order to get it to fit on my brand new tractor.

The 72inch replacement blades fit. Thus the 2 stars. They were regular lawnmower blades though not heavy duty blades which came on my titan implement sgm72 finish mower. Stvwrnglr

Order was placed directly through Titan attachments for a set of debris forks. The packaging looked a little rough by the time it arrived at my house. When opening package was missing some hardware. Not sure if the shipper was exceptionally rough with the package or it wasn't packaged securely enough? Contacted Titan that I was missing hardware and they responded to me. Told me they would follow up within 24 hours it's been 6 days now and I haven't heard from them. Not sure if I'll ever get the hardware at this point. The forks look well made and I'd give them four stars but being unable to use them they just sit on the ground. Shipment was quick but poor packaging, missing parts and poor communication killed their score on this transaction. Missing hardware request (1716653)

I purchased a 7’ box blade on scratch and dent and received a CONFIRMATION email on Friday. Monday I received a cancellation email saying that it was no longer available. I called and tried to explain to them what the word confirmation means and that I fully expected to be sold one at the agreed price. They said they could not sell me a new one at that price but that I could get a 5% discount. I told them that they had no idea how much they would be losing in the future as I will not purchase from them again and I will let my associates know to do the same. We are all just numbers, customer service is dead, and that’s more than just here. KA

This adapter is not designed correctly. It’s missing the supporting plate that would take the load off the tractor loader’s pin. Although I like Titan and all they offer when I called about this they offered no help and suggested I take it to a local fab shop to be fixed. This is not what I expected! Very disappointing.

Great product but not enough information in product specifications on fitment this would not fit my backhoe arm without modifications. Beyond that issue it’s well made and will be a great addition to my compact backhoe

The steel is week at the bottom where they cut the gaps for a skid loader to attach, it doesn’t fall completely perfect so my 2022 Kubota bent the lower steel a little bit.

Most everything I experienced with titan attachments, through the ordering of two pieces of equipment were positive. Until I discovered that the pallet forklift attachment sent to me was not the right one for my tractor. I contacted Titan and explained my situation to a woman name Maria. Maria was very polite and helpful and she acknowledged a few days back that the wrong equipment was sent to me. But I am now going on day three waiting for an "internal approval" to have the proper replacement sent to me. So while the equipment I received, I am very pleased with getting approval on the replacement of the wrong item sent to me has been dragging on, and I am in great need of this equipment for work with a tight schedule. I don't understand why when it was obvious to all parties that the wrong equipment was sent to me why it is taking me so long to get approval to have this situation rectified.
