My frame doesnt fit my tractor mount. Titan gave me permission to cut off and relocate or grind my pins so they will fit onto my tractor mount. I asked for them to just send me a replacement that would actually fit my tractor, that was denied. Then I had to send measuremments from the mast you sent me, which your team then admitted you placed the pins incorrectly. Then you said that all of your inventory would be the same as what I already had and would need modifcation. I would have thought you could make the repairs on one of the frames you have in stock and send that to me, I guess that wasnt an option either. Bottom line, you gave me a small credit to make the modifications myself, which of course you thought was more than fair, I disagreed and asked for more, and was told you couldnt give me more. I haven't had time to make the modifications as of yet, but I'm dissapointed with your customer service and less than impressed with your solution to my problem.

I purchased the 3 pt backhoe, the shipping was a nightmare. I had informed the shipping person it needed to be delivered on a box truck. It came on a semi truck. Had to unload on the highway and drag onto my property. The instructions were very lacking on assembly. They did not send a connector that would fit a standard PTO pump to connect the backhoe. I called Titan and the person said they were really not knowledgeable about the backhoe but felt like they didn’t need to try to help me. I have bought other products from them before but would not recommend again. “Sorry our product doesn’t work and we don’t care!!” That’s the feeling I’m left with.

I received my 36" Tow-behind drum aerator with wheel kit and upon attempting to assemble it there were Defective part(s) that prevented the assembly. I immediately reached out to there Support team which calls are takin outside USA( that's a Fail) and to this day( 2 weeks later) I'm still waiting for replacement parts. I will never purchase from Titan again, horrible customer support.

I purchased the standard USA made frame and forks due to the lower weight, affordable price, and presumed higher build quality. While it does seem like a sturdy attachment, the assumption it would be higher quality turned out to be wrong. The paint is very thin and was likely already chipping prior to shipping because some of the spots are where they couldn’t have been damaged during shipping. The frame and forks arrived separately and unpackaged with no signature required so I could not refuse delivery as they just left them in my driveway. This resulted in significant cosmetic damage during shipping. At first customer service responded quickly and offered a 10% partial reimbursement. But soon after I discovered this was less than others got and the agent attempted to shift the blame to me for not purchasing shipping insurance on my end. Don’t fall for that scam, it is the responsibility of the retailer and its shipping contractor to ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage and safe shipment. Not the purchaser. After this poor customer service experience, poor build quality, and poor shipping experience I have decided I will not be patronizing Titan any more.

Be warned. I ordered a pro series rack & bale spear. I DID NOT purchase shipping protection. It came with (2) 1’ pieces of cardboard on the top to protect it. That’s it. There were multiple deep scratches and grinder like rubs all over it. Contacted customer service and they blamed me for not purchasing shipping coverage. SAIA was the shipper. Already rusting all over the frame now. Good Works Tractors doesn’t ship their attachments this way !!!

The brand new forks are rusty and they dropped them on our front porch. Damaged porch. The frame is also scratched and damaged. Have emailed Titan 3 times and called once. Still waiting for resolution.

Service and delivery sucks.... I am still waiting on a delivery according to FedEx still sitting in Charlotte for 4 days... Each day they state scheduled for delivery 🤷🙆 If I didn't need the product soon I wouldn't have ordered it... My first and last experience with Titan... At this point I should be issued a full refund from someone.

Don't order from this company! Every attachment comes damaged and trying to get help afterwards is a joke! Ordered a $200 attachment and they offered $19 refund due to it arriving damaged. So much for the birthday gift for my husband! This was the second attachment (different one) I've order that's arrived damaged.

I purchased a pallet fork, unfortunately it was damaged in shipping. The company shipped each part without any packaging, wrapping, or in a crate. The equipment is heavy and was dragged, causing dents, paint chips, scratches, grooves, etc. They offered the following: I completely understand your concerns and truly appreciate your patience while we work through this with you. We always do our best to ensure items are securely packaged before they leave our facility, and I’m really sorry that the package was damaged in transit. Unfortunately, once the item is with the carrier, we have limited control over handling. This is why we offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout, as it provides coverage for situations like this. That said, we still want to help and are offering a 10% refund as a one-time courtesy. This seems to be their standard response. In summary, either I took their offer or pay to have it returned and pay restocking fee.

Attatchment arrived with top hook welded crooked and was off by half an inch. It would not fit. When I contacted customer service they asked if i could get a local fabricator to quote a repair. I gave them the quote. They then asked for more pictures than I provided. I needed to use it so I had the fabricator start working on it. Customer service then contacted me and said since they did not agree with the quote they would only give me $65. Yes, $65 for a poorly manufactured attatchment. I would watch out for titan attachments. I will never purchase from a company this shady that would only offer $65 to re fab a thier defective part again.. Spend the extra $150 and get oem. It will at least fit.

I thought it was odd that I received the forks separately, but I found out why once the frame arrived. They tried sending me a customers return, and it was marked damaged by that customer and had an RMA attached to it. It was very obvious, the frame was bent, like a fork lift hit it at full speed and the cross bar welds broken… not to mention the multiple scratches in the paint… Anyways here it is, 3 days after I refused the shipment and 4 emails/texts to titan with nothing but an auto response. A very disappointing experience after spending almost $1500

The category 2 pins are the wrong size- larger than category 2 so they’re not usable! Very poor quality control! Will not be buying any other Titan products!
