“Extreme Dissatisfaction. Purchased three arched ramps of the same length. The center ramp lays flat and does not match the arches of the other two. Top rung of center ramp was not welded straight either. Customer service was of no help. Would not recommend. Want my money back. Do not want to pay restocking fee for obvious defects. For now stuck with sub-par product. When in use all of my friends and family will see the defects.”

“Very poor customer service. Product arrived in a box that was torn apart and taped up on both ends. The parts bag inside was torn open and missing parts. When I contacted customer service I was told they had some parts but I could go to the hardware store to try and find the remaining pieces and send them a picture of the receipt and they’d see about reimbursing me. And that I need to take pictures of the damaged done and they’d see what they could do. My thoughts are you sent me a product that was torn up and now I have to prove to you that something is wrong and have to take time out of my life to find parts that I can make due with and if I can provide proof you’ll sent me money for the parts. I replied to them and said I believe they should be the ones to find the parts at the hardware store. They should own the fact that you sent me a product that wasn’t complete and was damaged. They eventually stop responding after a few emails. I will never recommend or buy a product from them again. It’s hard for me to comment on the actual product because I feel like I’m reviewing it with a bad taste. But if I had seen the carrier in person I would never had bought it anyways. Not constructed as heavy duty and it implies. Think twice before buying.”

“The 10 foot motorcycle ramp is very well built. It is beefy but not too heavy. Painted good. It was also ordered on a Sunday and arrived Wednesday which was a great suprise. I am happy!”

“Misleading ramps are not 2000 lbs they are 750 had to return now have to wait a week to get money back to buy new ramps and their made in China not in USA. And when you call customer service you call millasia”

“The Titan 10' 4-Beam Folding Arch Ramp is arched at different levels and does not match up leaving gaps on both sides between the three ramps positioning your wheels and feet at different levels. The pictures do not depict this, rather the photos make it appear they are arched at the same angle and level with one another which would be much better and safer. The customer service gave me conflicting info on the phone call and with their email response, however, was polite and said I could return the ramps for a refund. I am currently considering that while I look at other options. Otherwise, the ramps are well made, priced fairly and arrive quickly.”
