“We purchased the rear drop basket for my 2022 Honda 420 Rancher. The product is excellent quality. The reason for the 2/5 is because the instructions are very difficult to understand. I phoned Titan hoping they had a "video" I could follow. They did not and there wasn't one on Youtube. I called back the following day asking if they had a compatibility list because this basket I'm assuming was not meant for a newer quad. They did not have a compatibility sheet. We did keep the basket however, my husband "rigged" it to our quad which was not even close to their provided instructions. Very frustrated with the lack of references available to the consumer, especially since this is not an inexpensive item. Side note: When talking to their customer service reps, they all were very efficient and nice.”

“Order was fulfilled quickly. The ATV ramps and stands work as described. My ATV is over 1000 lbs dry wieght so I would say they can take the wieght. ATV stands bring it up just high enough to make maintenance and inspections easy! Already all my riding buddies are looking at getting some.”

“We needed wheelchair rails for our old historic building in town that serves as a visitor and cultural center. I found these rails and thought they would suit our needs. I tried the mounting brackets that came with them but thought, due to being aluminum, they might not be strong enough. I found some very heavy corner brackets and decided to use them instead. I'm not sure if they are stronger - I used 1/2 bolts to mount them. All seems good. The brackets I used seemed to fit the width of the rails, so they look very good. We are pleased with the result.”

“I purchased these ramps on a president day sale i have used them once and the straps that come with them are very cheap and i would recommend replacing asap, other than that the ramps work as they should. As for titans customer service to say they are some of the worse customer service I have dealt with, 9 days after I bought the ramps I got an email saying they were being sold cheaper than the presidents day sale when I tried to get a price adjustment i was denied due to a 24 hour price match policy and when I asked to talk to a manager I was denied with 0 response.”
