“Buying the part online was easy and had no issues. But chatting to the staff inside when I went over to pick up my items were just rude. Like they didn't want to greet me when I walk through the doors. I said "I'm here to pick up the parts I ordered" they just said " go next door to the shed" Customer service is a huge thing to me and if that fails then I just don't go shopping there again.”

“So I messed up. I thought I would save $20 and get a similar unit from eBay (It was nasty; a powerboard simply attached to a 1u strip). Then ordered this alternative from vfm and this is so much better and fit for purpose - an integrated unit with the sockets flush with the panel. Personally would have preferred an illuminated switch but just having a led power indicator is ok.”
