“Horrible people, horrible service. Have been trying to get my refund money for 2 weeks now. Multiple calls and hours waiting to get through to the customer service and only got some attention when my wife posted a review. Still they had a nerve to call me, tell me that my money was refunded and asked to remove the review. Well, the money was not at my account and when I called again to complain about it, I was called aggressive and told now I would have to wait for my money until the 31/03/20!!!! I am sorry someone is lying to me here! So I am not only keeping my wife's review but I am reviewing them too. They need to learn to do what's right. I will try to post review about them wherever I can so they don't cheat any more people.”

“My partner bought me a Tanzanite and Diamond ring from TJC and I loved it. Unfortunately we had a lot of problems having it altered and it being delivered to the incorrect address, then after a few months the Tanzanite fell out, luckily it happened as I took it off to wash dishes, had I left it on I would have lost the stone. After all the problems we had in the first place we decided to take it to a reputable jewler who said although the stones were good the shank was inferior and probably bought in from abroad, the ring cost almost £1000 and the work to repair it almost £300. TJC would not help with the extra work costs as we introduced a third party, but at least I have a secure ring now. We will never buy a considered purchase from them again. The customer service is diabolical.”

“Selling for India. Would anyone with sense buy from a Asian who is selling sanitiser for the public they pay 80p at the most not even alcohol or 50 ml for £5.99 plus post ebay same only 4.99 free post come on folk do not get ripped off. Your only making these guys richer you fools.”

“TJC item is of very bad quality. I only wore it 3 times and the 4th time I was shocked to see that 4 stones were missing from one of the hoops. I called the contact number provided 10days ago , spoke to the telephone agent. He promised me I would get a call back for resolution . But heard nothing so far. I am really disappointed and would and asked for the refund. They asked me to send the item back for inspection although I sent them clear pictures of the item. TJC has already ripped me off and now wants me to spend more money on sending the item to be inspected. Its definitely manufacturing fault because I only wore the item 3 times only for couple of hours each time. Then i put it back in its box. I will never advise anyone to buy anything from TJC and I will give a negative feedback too everywhere regarding TJC customer service and poor quality product. I have completely lost trust in TJC. TJC is a ripoff . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TJC PRODUCTS.”

“SUE FARMER GIVING IT ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY, I HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM FOR TWO MONTHS NOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING, THEY HAVE SENT ME ITEMS I HAVE NOT ORDERED AND WHEN I ASK FOR PROOF THEY CAN NOT BUT EVEN THOUGH THEY SEND ME A RETURN LABEL THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME THE POSTAGE, I HAD TWO ITEMS SENT TO ME ON THE SAME DELIVERY BOTH WITH THE SAME CODE BUT THE PRICE WAS TWO DIFFERENT AND EVEN WHEN THEY STATED IT WAS THEIR AGENTS FAULT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME (I HAVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION, WHICH I HAVE SENT COPIES OF ALL MY PROBLEMS VIA EMAIL AND POST TO THE MD SRIKANT I AM STILL AWAITING ANSWERS) I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND HOPE OTHERS WILL FOLLOW MY LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. PS I COULD TICK ALL OF THE BELOW EMAIL, TELEPHONE, LIVE CHAT, AND POST.”

“Do not, I repeat do not buy any of this jewellery, it is cheap and nasty. The stones fall out that is guaranteed, I have learn't my lesson and do not buy anymore from this tin pot company. All their presenters bang on about the brilliant quality, they are basically spouting rubbish!!!!!!”

“This is an appalling company which should be investigated. They lie to you, are aggressive on the phone and could not care less about the customer. When you see something that catches your attention and order the product via the phone BEWARE! If the emails they send re your order are incorrect e.g. wrong item there is nothing you can do to solve the problem. Their attitude is, it is automated, YOU pressed the buttons therefore YOU are at fault, YOU must have pressed the wrong ones. I ended up with a product I did not order in a quantity that I did not order! What makes things worse is this company is getting away with it! This is not legal and I for one am going to take this further! Wish I'd read the other reviews beforehand!!! Also wish you I could have given them a zero instead of a 1 regarding what I think of their service but that facility is NOT offered when writing this review. TJC stands for THE JEWELLERY COWBOYS!!”

“Have spent over £22000 over the last 4 years but like others their service now is appalling. I have contacted them on several occasions with complaints and they do not even have the courtesy to respond. I will not be shopping with them again. Poor show TJC.”

“I have been on to Customer Services for around 6 weeks,all sound very helpful and nice.....but when they don't contact you as promised,and you contact again nobody knows what you are referring to although you have received EMAILS FROM THEM.......The company has went downhill big time,forget shoes,handbags,candles,rugs,perfume etc.......do what you do best JEWELLERY.......leave the rest to QVC who have it down to a fine art and their customer service know what they are talking about and get the problem resolved......I m so disappointed in TJC aftercare especially when I have shopped with them since the beginning,never returning anything always pleased with my purchase,yet the the onetime I have an issue it's like a cat chasing it's tail......no record,don't know what you are talking about......Would I recommend the company to anyone No No No No not after this experience,which is still not resolved......and in my honest opinion most likely won,t.........the quality of their goods has wennnnnnnnnnnt down hill so they can keep prices down,but after a certain price we as customers want quality even if it means paying more,we are not stupid we know platinum,gold and silver has gone up in price and expect to pay more......as I see it a lot of your items are cheap,nasty,market quality.......just a pity my problem was 14 ct Diamond Stud Earrings that the company doesn't give a toss about.....you bought,we sold,my problem who cares?......I do......you don,t.”

“Have used TJC for over 10 years. In last 3 months I have felt very let down by them. The quality of the silver items has been very poor, household items can be purchased cheaper elsewhere, but today was the worst had a call regarding the cryptic message I left on community page, the most rude person I have ever had to deal with in my life, "Hannah " name and shame, you need to go back to the charm school and get your money back, you do not have an iota of customer care in you, I returned an item, months ago that was purchased in August, they stated it was received back on 7th January??? also security tag missing??? It was a little pendant costing very little and I assure you it was returned within a days of receipt, not 5 months later. Her voice for louder trying to tell me to get onto the post office and ask them where has it been she must think I am stupid, did not listen never bothered with 2nd complaint. I was not concerned about the refund just concerned they said I had not sent it back in August. It has cured my addiction to shopping on TV Thank you”

“Advertised a bag as being Frida Kahlo got purse too gave them to my daughter for Christmas she noticed the bag was spelt wrong as Frida Kalho. It was not cheap. Sent lots of emails to tell them that I do not want these goods and want to exercise my rights under the Consumer Rights Act never any response. the goods are either faulty or mis advertised . Very embarrassed to give my daughter such shoddy goods. I have been happy with most purchases but the customer service is appalling.”

“Well I have spent thousands of pounds with this company I have used them for over 13 years however the past 18 months the customer service and quality of goods has deteriorated dramatically I don’t think there staff in the warehouse can read it’s either that or they just don’t care and stick anything in the package Before Amet left the place ran much better but for me now it’s done I used to buy so many Christmas and Birthday gifts but no more I tend to agree they are coming across as a deceitful company and I believe it’s about time the trading standards investigate this company thoroughly”

“I ordered an item which tjc said could be send back free if it wasn't wanted,my parcel arrived and it wasn't what I expected when I tried to send it back I realised there was a no free return I have now connected tjc 3 times for a free return slip and still nothing even though they have took payments out my bank”
